These two closed the store 15 min early... when I knocked on the door and said please with a smile the guy acted like he was going to open the door and walked toward me only to turn off the lights... he then just stared at me and walked behind he counter... when I pulled out my phone to take his picture he and the other girl ducked behind the counter...if you don’t want to work then Why get a job?

The place is pretty nice, and they do a good service , my complaint is about “cortado” coffee. That coffee, originally, is hot coffee and condensed milk, but i didn’t find the condensed milk no where.Please, if you could add that detail, it would be great.

Quick service, friendly staff and good overall experience. I ask for almond milk instead of normal milk as I'm lactose intolerant and many locations miss this, but this one took the time to make sure my drink was safe for me!

My family had a horrible experience today at this location. We stopped in just to grab a napkin and was told by the employees that we had to purchase something in order to have a disposable napkin. We decided to walk further down to the food court to grab napkins instead, as the employees were rather rude. On our way out another paying customer handed us a napkins. The employees then accused us of stealing the napkins. When my husband explained that another customer gave them to us, the employee then rudely stated to us to not come back just for napkins. The whole experience had very racist undertones as my husband is African, I am Latina and the two employees were young Caucasian men. Not to mention, this whole mess was over...

This is the Starbucks in the Galleria Shopping Mall. Where do I begin?! I was the only one in the store at the time. The cashier was no where to be found. When she finally appeared, she was young with dark hair. She said her name was "Kady ". All I bought was some cookies. I wanted her to add money to my gold card so I would get my bonus stars when I purchased the cookies. I have done this numerous times (I have been a gold card holder since 2013). She couldn't get it right. It was unbelievable. Before I left the store, I logged into my Starbucks account and saw I had been charged for the cookies THREE TIMES. The baristas told me to call 1-800-Starbucks to get it...

I've been here a bunch of times, I always get the same thing, never had any issues before but today the drink I got was not great. After I got through the creme at the bottom of the drink and got to the main drink, it was mostly just ice, wasn't good, just bitter ice and water. I went back in with the mostly still full drink and asked if there was anything they could do and they said nope. No offer to replace it, no offer to refund it, just a "sorry, can't do anything" which was worse than the just ice drink. I ended up just throwing away the drink there, I didn't want to drink any more of the bitter...
