Whoever did this to their brand needs to be fired. Period. I can only speak to the atmosphere and coffee, that is why I go. I go for the Panera "experience." The coffee is disgusting. I "chose" decafe. The "new tech" mixes all the other coffees in and I had to throw it out as I get so sick from the "natural" flavors. They destroyed their brand. I want to give a big shout-out to the Panera Bread at Pittsburgh Mills and especially to Kaitlyn, who helped my wife at the drive-thru today. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely pleasant — the type of customer service you rarely see these days. It completely brightened my wife’s day, and in turn, mine.
