I recently had a negative experience with the customer service provided by your establishment. Specifically, I was disappointed with the behavior of the individual(The Lady) at the front desk. I had ordered a chocolate cake from the menu, but the cake I received looked significantly different from the picture in the menu. On further inspection, I found out that the cake provided was a cheaper and one could purchase whole cake from Walmart for the same price.

While I understand that these discrepancies can happen, I was hoping the staff would be more accommodating when I brought the issue to their attention.

However, the individual(The Lady) I spoke with did not display the level of professionalism or courtesy that I expect from a customer service representative. She was dismissive of my concerns and even suggested that other customers had not had any issues with the cake.

I would like to bring this matter to your attention so that you are aware of the situation and can take any appropriate steps to ensure that customers receive the level of service they deserve. Thank you for your time and attention.

Worst tasteless chicken I have ever tasted zero spices or condiments went out with friends ordered their chicken bucket and tenders tasted it and was instantly ready to walk out tried their rice as well and I don't know what it was but it was not rice smelled bad and tasted horrible save your money go anywhere else also from reading a few of the post the owner is more busy trying to discredit the reviews then trying to fix the problem my suggestion is stop trying to excuse your food and actually start using condiments and flavoring your food we pay for good food not food that taste blend and smell like dish water it's sad I spent all this money just to take it homes for my dogs to eat the tasteless chicken worst spot in frederick for good food you are better buying KFC Popeyes or just about any other fried chicken Edit. WOW! What an awesome surprise to find this new hidden gem. My co-worker told me to go check this place out. My wife and I had a long day at work and decided to give it a try tonight. When we showed up, the manager greeted us and pointed out the menu. A large selection of different things you would'nt expect to be on this menu. Something for everyone. The Food was delicious! My double stack cheeseburger was grilled perfect with the fixins' on top. I chose onion rings and I'm picky when it comes to those because they are always greasy. To my delight these were not! My wife got a chicken sandwich with french fries sprinkled with seasoning. Really good! Make sure you ask for the seasoning when ordering the fries! The chicken has a great taste. We got both of the desserts and they were amazing! We were full but managed to get them down. Great atmosphere and plenty of room.
