The food is good, but the service is NO BUENO!!

I placed an online order about 20 minutes before I got to the drive-through. When I got to the window, the woman told me that my order would not be ready for 30 minutes. There was nobody behind me in the line but me and I said you can’t fill my order now? And she said to wait 5 minutes. Que??!!. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I also ordered a large Diet Coke and she did not secure the plastic lid well so when she handed it to me the lid came off and 1/4 of the soda spilled into my lap AND soaked my drivers side leather seat! My pants were also soaked! She saw what happened and immediately handed me napkins. Didn’t say sorry or anything. I handed her the drink back and instead of refilling it she just put another lid on it. I told her that she needed to refill it since most of it was in my lap. She just gave me this blank look. Never topped it off!

Also, one of the fried chicken breasts that I ordered tasted like fish. I think they might have cooked it in the oil used for fish. I don’t know anyone who wants fish tasting fried chicken!

Really disappointed! Especially because my cars leather seats were soaked with soda due to her incompetence...

Im a humongous fan of Campero from over the years and visited most of the NOVA locations, great taste and amazing environment till I visited this particular location. Ordered a 4 pc meal was served one extra wing instead of the thigh, the chicken was off and the chicken was almost room-temperature, I made the associate Xenia aware of the fact that the chicken was not on par to other locations that Ive visited, to what I received the most rude and condescending reply, "we check the chicken temperature, thats imposible, Ive been in the customer service over 15 years" and so and so, when she brought the replacement chicken she almost threw the plate on my table for I've have annoyed her with my comments, "heres your new chicken, only thing left is the fries" in a loud and sarcastic tone, this can't be happening in a professional kitchen, please get better staff that really cares for customer service. This experience has left me with a bittersweet taste, as I'm unable to enjoy my meal being angered by the condescending way I've been treated.

This place was a huge mess when I got there. It took me 20-30 minutes just to get my food. I just ordered 5 chicken extra crispy sandwiches. One being grilled but that was a huge disappointment seeing that a small chicken that covered only a sliver of the sandwich ; It was just pure bread. ALL the sauces I ordered was spilled all over my bag and food because they didn't secure it right. I saw people that handled money touching costumers food without gloves this was truly sicking because they handle money that could risk someone becoming sick because they decided to touch other peoples food. I also saw the horchata tank that was not refiled and was just pure powder on the bottom and sides. Every worker there were disorganized and didn't have a system of working. This women almost forgot someones food sides that they ordered. People were lining up but the workers were slow, unorganized and people were starting to leave. At the end of the day I believe waiting up to 20-30 minutes for something that wasn't tasty and wasn't as juicy as others sandwiches I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
