So disappointed in this visit and the ridiculous response we received from the manager on duty when we shared the opportunities that needed to be address for the next guests. First thing- it was 56 degrees in our theater. We came out to ask for heat. Everyone had hoodies up, rubbing their hands together, whispering complaints. We were all frozen. I spent much of the movie time in the hall trying to warm up. Not very fair.To top it off, we went to the restroom on the way out. In the ladies room I had to ask a stranger to hand me a wad of toilet paper- even though there is space for 2 giant rolls. There are 4 sinks. 3 don’t work. The 4th has no soap. Only one of the two hand dryers worked. The sanitizer was empty. So I had nicely rinsed hands. I met my husband in the lobby who approached me right away and said neither hand dryer worked in the men’s room and there were no paper towels. So, while he had soap, he left with hands dripping. We approached a manager and did our best to discuss the issues for her to address. She interrupted each time. But an excuse each time. She kept blaming her team members, which was upsetting to me. She said she’s sorry but she can’t go in the men’s room to check it or put paper towels in because she’s a girl. When I explained she can and why it’s ok, she said, “Well we don’t do it like that here.” She addressed the ladies room issue simply as I have a technician called, and she didn’t know about the soap, sanitizer, or toilet paper but she would get on to her ushers or whatever she called them- her team members. The heat- she said she had ushers in and out frequently throughout the movie checking it funny enough, my husband and I sat in the back in the first and second seat Not a soul came in. Again she said she would have to have a discussion with them. Have a nice day- she finished up with- have a nice day. One of the worst things that happened is that one of her team members was behind her listening the whole time. I don’t have pics of everything but I took pics of the funniest thing- a sign to use the other sinks and then out of order signs on the other sinks.

Great theatre! Awesome comfortable seats, the vibe was dope and the theatre was clean. The only downside is the menu and the lack of in theatre service. The food is just average. It would be better if you could order from your seat at least.

It boring and I get it it's a warehouse but still they should done better and I heard that this theater it great form my highschool and have I no plans to go there until "My friend" invited to see the super Mario Bros movie and I did when I enter the theater it was boring as ever it look like it came from a IKEA and it bad way i wish there were more decorations and better atmosphere and for the theater itself well it is a theater but more boring and mediocre there's no stairs which is fine I guess but it's supposed to be a theater Come Whc you can do better then this.as for the sit it not great not great at there a sit warmer now that a fire hazard The sitting lounge is pretty uncomfortable Not gotta lie same for the sit itself at least there's some space I guess but there's nothing great about the theater there's nothing great about the theater.niw for the food it fine now remember when I said that my friends invite me to see a movie yeah they were something they decide to get food dead I would never get in the theater I normally go for a medium sized popcorn and medium sized drink and nothing else but my friend decided it factory some pizza and one of my other friends got a slushie yeah that guy is weird speaking of pizza I tried pizza and I feel like I'm eating a $1 pizza for me from a dollar store or a pizza from a 7-Eleven which is pretty good but still it's not great at all I regret eating that pizza and I can feel it sometimes in My stomach sometimes (so what ever you do don't do buy it even if friend pay the food for it) when I got my food I noticed that I didn't get a straw or there were no butter in my popcorn I asked the employee and they were super mean More mean than my 10th grade English teacher but hey at least I know where the butter is and the straw are.after all of that my friends said that we should get some beer we all agree until something or someone knock me out cold and I haven't woke up More than an hour like that time I got my wisdom teeth removed horrible memories(most likely the pizza that I ate or something out I have no idea how it happened) until my eye for open and see that I was back in my home in my bedroom safe and sound what I like is it my parents came to my room explain how it all happened I'm not going to explain how I got knocked out because it was pretty embarrassing and to this day I told myself and promise myself to never never to go there again even if my friends wish to invite me there I would never go...

I've been waiting since the theater opened last year's to finally try it out. Its great to see some competition in the area, and this far exceeds the other theater in what it brings to the table.

The staff was very friendly, you really feel like they embody the frederick vibe. Their more connected with the community and are not just a corporate husk.

The outside area is a nice area to wait if your are meeting up with friends. There's tables spread out, and you can drink or eat before you enter the theater. Its a more modern version of what regal's foyer area used to be like before they stripped it of seating.

I only had popcorn and a drink, but the others in my party had cocktails. They stated the drinks were good, and the bartender were very personable. The free refills on soda and popcorn were much appreciated. You bring the food in with you vs a waiter. I personally prefer this, as I've always found waiters walking through the cinema distracting and took away from the experience.

The theaters itself are very clean. The seats are nice and plush. The chairs recline as well as have heating if you so choose.

These theaters do not have stadium seating, instead they are on a slope. typically this would cause several issues but the impact has been mitigated.

Problem If someone in the row in front of you was tall, the screen could potentially have portions blocked off. Solution The screen is fairly high off the ground. There was a noticeable gap between the row in front and the bottom of the screen

Problem Due to the elevated screen and the lack of stadium seating the viewer has to rotate their neck in order to watch films (we were about half way down and this was the case) Solution The chairs recline as to alleviate any neck tension. In some seats this is more necessary than others. Additionally screens are slanted slightly forward to compensate for the viewing angle

The tradeoff here is that on the downside You are looking upwards vs straight or downwards during the film, but on the plus side there is ample room between rows. You can easily pass by someone without the need to scoot past. I think this is a worthy trade.

Overall we were very pleased. They offer a superior product at a more reasonable price. This will be the theater we attend...
