I was just looking around for a great dinning table set for our sunroom and were pleased to find one that we both loved at the FREDERICK FURNITURE STORE. The color, the style, delivery scheduling and the price were perfect and I knew that I could not pass on it. I had checked other places out, but no one had what we were looking for. Besides the great furniture, Mary, the sales representative who had seen me when I first walked in offered her assistance and I let her know I was just looking around (no sales pressure at all🤩👍). I ordered a bedroom headboard, footboard, and nightstand and sadly when everything came in and was delivered the headboard was damaged. The manager and store personnel really did an amazing job of taking care of the situation. Due to Covid manufacturing issues I had to wait for a while for the replacement. They kept me updated along the way so I didn't feel forgotten about, let me keep the damaged headboard so I could continue to use the room as a spare bedroom for guests, and as soon as it became available inspected it at their store to make sure it was perfect. Amazing service so far. Buying process was nice and easy. No pushy salesman and very helpful finding you exactly what you want. Prices are comparable to other furniture stores around. One amazing thing is their 72 hour delivery promise. When other stores quoted me as much as 20 weeks to receive furniture, Frederick furniture had my couches in my house ready within 72 hours. Delivery process was seem-less. Got here in the quoted delivery window and and got our furniture exactly where we wanted without lifting a finger.
