Called this location to have a pizza delivered to a friend. I mentioned to the employee that I was on the phone with, that I was out of state and if a signature for the debit card was necessary since I paid over the phone. He replied no. I told him to write $0.00 for the tip (friend was going to give a cash tip) and write the total as $17.84 (the price for the pizza) and to just leave it unsigned since he said a signature was not required. I check my bank account and someone added an unauthorized $3 tip. Called the store and spoke to the manager, who tells me that someone wrote in a $3 tip and SIGNED it, whether it was the employee or not, it was unauthorized. The situation is currently being handled. $3 isn’t a big deal to me, but theft and forgery is a huge deal. Should’ve never called.

Read moreLast night, ordered on their app. Several orders of wings & cheesy bread. The order took an hour but that was fine with us. When the driver arrived, he was terrified to tell us they were out of wings. We were in shock as he handed us the boxes. Turns out they sent us HALF our order. We took the whole order back to them & got a refund & asked why someone could not have just called us. The manager said they were too backed up. Seven or eight employees & not one of them could take 30 seconds to call us to tell us only half our family could eat? And sadly, the manager put it on the driver to take the heat. It's due to the Thursday Night Rush Have already let 2 of the drivers go for the night (What Rush?) The website doesn't work properly when it comes to tracking.
Which is the truth??? Who knows? But they have lost my business.
Have requested that the General Manager and Franchise owner call me but I'm not going to hold my breath on that one.
