I booked the social darts section for my husbands birthday on OpenTable for a party of 8. When we got there the host had no idea that we had booked that spot. And brought us over, and there were still dirty plates left on the tables. He said he would have someone come and clean it. No one came over for 10 minutes. Also what looked like the manager had walked past us twice looking at dirty tables had said or done nothing. Finally the waitress came over and ask for our order. I ask can we get the tables to be cleaned first. When she called over the busboy he ignored her and started cleaning another table and she had to start cleaning. When we booked out reservations it said social darts were free but it doesn’t warn you about a $25 renting fee to use the game on OpenTable. Also the air conditioning was broken. The building was so hot and they had portables aircons everywhere that did nothing. And according to an employee it was like this for three weeks. Would have loved a call giving us an option to cancel our reservation due to heat. So overall food was good. Our waitress were nice and acarade area...

The best D&B to which I've ever been. The arcade and general atmosphere was something else. This felt like a Dave& Buster's from the 22nd century. I genuinely felt like I was going into the future. In addition, Adrian (not sure about my spelling) was awesome and incredibly patient as a waitress, keeping up with my changing request 🤣
I went on opening night, and I kind of can't believe that this Dave & Buster's exists. I think has I need to take a few more trips to make sure that I didn't dream or imagine this experience 🤣
My friends have been calling me a menace to society, because I'm telling them that I had a "dream" that Freehold Raceway Mall opened a D&B, I went there, and was teleported a century into the future...... they know that it wasn't a dream 😂
It blows the Woodbridge location out of the water and even the same for Willowbrook. And I say this as a massive Woodbridge fan who LIVES IN THE WOODBRIDGE AREA!

I play a lot at Dave & Buster’s and I saved up a bunch of card sets. When I went to cash them in I told the worker by the ticket department that here is 12 sets (that equals 30,000 tickets) and then the worker gave me back the receipt of only 12,000 tickets so I asked the worker why only 12,000 the worker just dumped the cards in a big box and said to bad that’s what you gave me so told the worker that I said in beginning that I gave 12 sets which equals 30,000 tickets (2,500 each) so I you see that something was off why didn’t you say something, so the worker told me it’s too late the transaction is complete I can’t change it! That is extremely frustrating as I spent a lot of money to save up for these sets ( they can even see on my app history that I played a lot of coin pushers machines) this is very dishonest of them!!! This happened about 4 weeks ago and I filed a complaint and no one got back to me!!! You guys just stamp on...
