Romeo's Raintree Pizzeria — Restaurant in Freehold Township

Edit: They called me back and apologized and explain that the online ordering system was messed up. So good customer service on there part happy that they made things right with my order. Original review: WARNING if you order on slice or online for delivery the online system will mess your phone number up. So I wasn’t sure how many stars to leave because my order was technically messed up. I always order from here and usually for pickup since it’s so close and I had delivery maybe once or twice. I live in an apartment place with a locked front entrance so you usually meet delivery drivers at the door. They will usually call and I go to meet them at the front door. It was an hour and I had not received a call nor my order so I called to ask about my order. When I called they said that they had called me and I did not answer. I asked what number they called and the online order system messed up the first 3 digits of my phone number. The phone number was correct on my end but was messed up on theirs. They apologized for the mistake and re sent the delivery guy back. And I received the food quickly and thankfully it wasn’t too cold. But maybe no more delivery for me and...

If you want Italian food cooked by Mexicans this is ur spot lol nothing wrong with that but these ones specifically cannot cook. Microwaved rice balls that were cold in the center, tasted days old . The pasta faguoli soup tasted out of a can all beans . Nasty, and the pizza taste MID at best. Dude with the glasses has a huge attitude problem, bad food , long waits, if that’s ur thing this place is for you. Btw all the recent good reviews have to be fake. . I remember not long ago reading the reviews and they were all bad . Owner must’ve had them taken down. This place is so bad I honestly hope they close down , they probably will soon , i mean that whole area the food is horrible the Lebanese spot next door is way worse I mean if anything go to the Greek gyro spot next to that gym or whatever

The owner should take some time to show these guys not only how to cook but how to have some manners. The workers behind the counter at this place will make you feel like you’re burdening them or bothering them to order something this is that...

Romeo’s in Freehold by Raintree is an awesome restaurant. My family and I have been regular costumers since I can remember! Seriously, since I was like 6 years old, may have had my first bite of real pizza there to be honest lol. The staff is extremely friendly and professional and Nick does an absolutely amazing job at accommodating everyone, running the show and getting you delicious Italian food in a fast manner. Go try Romeo’s in Raintree, you will not be let down. I recommend the Hot Romeo, that’s my new favorite but everything on the menu is outstanding.
