Joe's Pizza — Restaurant in Freeport

Although I have yet to receive my food although I was given an hour and 40 minute delivery time I do believe and some of the reviews that say that Joe's Pizza has gone downhill understandably they have been in business for many years done their dues to me it's unknown why they let things go downhill but as long as they're open I will continue to order a stromboli........ I had to edit it only because I was given an hour and 40 minutes delivery time okay it roughly was an hour and 40 minutes luckily I was outside when I see a delivery driver drive by mind you I called it 8:56 which was an hour and 15 minutes after I ordered reason being I ask them if they can give me a call when the driver left the facility they were only happy to say yes while I was on the porch I noticed the driver looking for an address I never received the call she then pulls over goes up to a house two doors down and knock on the door long story short I called Joe's Pizza told them what was going on she then said I'll call the driver all the time I'm flashing a flashlight as I see the driver get back on her vehicle not noticing me I hear the conversation between the two of them she then calls me from her cell phone and I explain to her where I'm at and what was going on she walks down and starts complaining about lighting situation not being able to find the address all the while they would have called it might have made things simpler but they fail to call when requested and it made it feel like it was my fault because I could have a light on my porch where...

The food is decent enough to eat here if you can get service. The staff when you come in is honestly insufferable so be prepared for that interaction because they’re generally not nice people. There has not been a single time in quite a few months that I have called trying to place an order for pickup where someone actually answers the phone and they’re 100% open (you can literally drive by on your way to wherever you go instead and see they’re open) but they let the line ring until you get that recorded line, which takes awhile on its own, and it’s every single time I’ve called here trying to order. If you wanna run a business maybe run it like one and answer your phones so you can make some money? A lot of people aren’t going to come in here and deal with the customer service for longer than it takes to go in, pay, and leave. I wouldn’t. Little Caesar’s is better than here honestly and I will, in fact, be going there...

I have been to Joe's Pizza dozens of times in the years leading up until now, but Joe's Pizza is not what Joe's Pizza once was. Joe's Pizza is now but a ghost of its former self.

The pizza I received was not only 45 minutes late, almost 100% longer than I thought it would be as it was told to me by the man on the phone, but also it was but lukewarm, the flavors had since faded into something more reminiscent of what they once were.

I was greeted with a pizza- not hot in inviting but cold and distant. Joe's Pizza has no right to call itself Joe's pizza, for that is not what it is anymore. To order from Joe's Pizza is to lose, do not make the same mistake that I have made tonight. Order from some...
