Wow for a company that prides itself on customer service this location needs to be replaced or at least the ones that worked today. I loved this location when it first opened up and they were on the ball.
Either the management or the franchisee isnt paying attention because my last 3 visits have been abysmal.
So at 10:02 I ordered my usual a #1 original chik-fil-a sandwich meal with an additional sandwich to go. I then proceeded to wait as 4 groups of people come behind me and order including one gentleman that ordered the same as myself. They all opted for eating in. Imagine my surprise when the gentleman got served his food almost instantly. Ok maybe they were waiting for an additional sandwich to become available since it was still breakfast time for them.
Alas they seemed to proceed to serve the other 3 groups as I am waiting and none of the employees seemed worried that I was still standing there with no food. I finally asked for a manager and the girl I asked said ok. The manager came out and I asked why is it that I still havent been my food and it's been 15 min already. I could have gone to Denny's and possibly gotten my food faster. The manager said we already gave this food to the person. To which I replied no you didnt because I'm still here without food. She disappeared into the kitchen area with my receipt. Then the same girl that I asked for the manager brought me my food and said we found it sitting there. I asked for my receipt back and she snapped back I dont have your receipt.
Now during this entire time i have yet to get an apology from anyone in the restaurant. So I take my food to my car and drive off. Only to discover that the food must have been from when I first ordered because it was cold. So way to go chik fil a, you have shown that you cant uphold standards and I'm surprised you are still busy.
I contacted the corporate customer service line and they said they would share this with the manager of the store. I have very little hope that I will hear from the management team or the franchisee as they have shown that...
Read moreThe process for mobile order pick-ups has much room for improvement. I had placed a mobile order for drive-thru pickup, and upon arrival it took over 20 minutes for me to receive the order. There were people who arrived to the drive-thru to order (as in, they didn’t order ahead and went through the drive-thru to order) and they got their food earlier than me. The workers of the drive-thru, at least tonight, could have also done a better job of facilitating the cars and communicating the problem with the mobile ordering system / the iPads to patrons like myself; it would have helped explain the longer-than-usual wait. Because of the unreliability of the mobile order system, I would recommend patrons just order in the drive-thru or go in the store to get their order.
I don’t know if this also had to do with the ordering system issues but one of the sandwiches I had ordered was incorrect. They did not make any of the requested customizations on the chicken sandwich I had ordered. I called the restaurant to ask for a refund and was able to speak with the manager, Isabelle, who offered a Care meal (I think?) which I could redeem within 30 days, but I declined that and requested a refund. For a refund I had to go to the store for it to be processed so that’s what I did. Once there, I was able to be helped by Isabelle who quickly processed the refund for the sandwich.
I think the restaurant is doing their best to manage their drive-thru and mobile ordering system given the small parking lot area, but frankly, I don’t think it’s working that well. Additionally, many of the employees I saw who were working didn’t really seem on top of it; they were, for the most part, casual and apathetic.
Customer service, efficiency, and accuracy were all a little lacking tonight. Hopefully it was just a mishap. Customer support after the mishap was good and I’m pleased with how it was handled. I hope this location is able to resolve their ordering system issues and learn to be more responsive and communicative...
Read moreFor a fast food restaurant Chick-fil-A is all stars!!! The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how clean and spacious this restaurant is. There was at least two employees out on the floor wiping down tables, I was immediately greeted by the person behind the counter and asked if I've ever been in before. I asked what the most popular sandwich was? she said number 2 the spicy chicken sandwich, alright let's give it a try. The meal cost just over $8, comes with a small, what appears to be fresh cut french fries wedges, (see photos)a spicy chicken sandwich with tomato lettuce, cheese, they're special Chick Fil-A sauce and a drink of your choice. The Fries: cooked to perfection and whatever oil they are using is awesome they were light and Airy my only complaint would be that they are under salted butt you can always add salt so no big deal. 4 stars The spicy chicken sandwich: the spice for me was just perfect just enough to get the back of my throat warm. ( it's not hot enough for the die-hard (heat) people but for people who don't like heat I would recommend giving it a try ) it also lacked the taste of salt and was kind of bland however when I added the Chick Fil-A sauce.... wow!!! what a wonderful tasting sandwich. ( the sauce they give you over the counter is fantastic) 4.5 stars. The inside was nice and quiet the employees were tentative and looked to be hard working overall I would give my experience (for a fast food restaurant) 5-stars.
