🚨🚨 AVOID ORDERING CATERING OR ADVANCE ORDERS – TERRIBLE SERVICE! 🚨🚨
👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
If you’re considering placing a catering or advance order here, think twice! My experience was nothing short of a disaster.
I visited the restaurant in person to place an order for one big plate of paneer biryani for 25 people, scheduled for pickup at 11:30 - 11:45 AM. I was directed to call their hotline, where I confirmed all details, including the price ($170 cash).
The pickup day arrived, and the nightmare began. When I reached the restaurant on time, they casually informed me that they hadn't prepared my order because they "didn’t receive my bank account details" (which was never mentioned as a requirement). They rushed to prepare it on the spot, resulting in a delay of nearly 50 minutes, and I finally got my order at 12:18 PM—a major inconvenience for an event!
Because of this unacceptable delay, my guests had to leave, and we had to make do with other options at the last minute. The food was completely wasted, and I had to throw it away—a huge loss of money and effort.
When I called two days later to address the issue, the restaurant blatantly lied and made excuses. The manager argued rudely, claiming they only fulfill orders after 12 PM and that "it was only a 20-minute delay" (math clearly isn’t their strong suit). Later, their hotline representative lied again, saying the manager placed the order at 11:45 AM, which was false.
After endless back-and-forth, all they could say was, "It won't happen next time." No refund, no compensation, not even a proper apology.
Please, please order here only if you want to gamble with your event planning. With all the details I’ve provided, it’s clear that this restaurant cannot be trusted for any timely or important orders.
For a large catering order meant for an event, timeliness is crucial, and their lack of professionalism, dishonesty, and poor customer service made this an absolute disaster.
Save yourself the frustration and order elsewhere! 🚨👎

Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at Paradise Biryani Pointe in Fremont, and I must say it was an absolute delight! The restaurant is not just a culinary haven but also a testament to exceptional management, led by the amazing Satish.
From the moment I stepped in, I was struck by the pristine cleanliness of the place. Even the restrooms were spotless—a clear reflection of the meticulous attention to detail that sets this establishment apart.
Now, let's talk about the star of the show—the Chicken Biryani. It's a flavor explosion! The richness of the spices and the tender, succulent chicken make each bite a culinary masterpiece. The dish is a perfect harmony of flavors, and I couldn't help but savor every mouthful.
The spice level in the biryani is spot on, adding just the right amount of kick without overpowering the other flavors. It's a testament to the chef's expertise in balancing the intricacies of Indian spices.
And then there's the Chicken 65—a true revelation! The flavor and aroma are nothing short of divine, and the chicken practically melts in your mouth. It was, without a doubt, the best Chicken 65 I've ever had. Each bite was a burst of flavor, leaving me craving more.
Paradise Biryani Pointe has quickly become my favorite restaurant in Fremont. The combination of outstanding food, a clean and inviting atmosphere, and Satish's excellent management make it a must-visit. I can't wait to return soon for another culinary adventure at...
Read moreI guess the problem I see with their staff is that they are not able to appreciate how their product (food) is actually used :) Ordered through doordash and Paradise took the liberty of swapping the main course item with a non-vegetarian food (Jain is in my name so you can understand) despite being specific to cancel the whole order if any of the ordered item was not available (which by the way was not the case, they had fried-dal but I would want to believe that they were running surplus on fish-fry). Called them up (I know guys what was I thinking) and they spent 30 min talking to Doordash in figuring out how their dasher could deliver the correct item without Paradise having to pay 1.99 delivery fee. In their mind, I ordered for home delivery just for fun and must be fine with ‘not having dinner for 60 bucks’. Their only remark they could come up with when I finally got there to drop the delivered-food-packer- well it’s 3rd party delivery service (even when they themselves are at fault for incorrect packaging) and Paradise can not process refund. Next thing before you know- customer selects any, Paradise serves what they feel like or maybe pay here eat somewhere else.. I sincerely hope no other person has to go through this when somebody else feels they can actually ask you to justify why do you want to eat what you are ordering or why can’t you wait another 2-3 hours or well possibilities seem...
