Really bad experience first of all the parking lot it needs to be repaid it was like 4 wheeling over glass in there I went through it was a 110° so I went through drive-thru there was one car ahead of us we sat there for 20 minutes waiting for the person in front of us to complete their order they return to couple items through the drive through window and waited for more. Then when we got our items which was 4 tacos and order curly fries a large Dr Pepper and a large standard Dr Pepper there was minimal ice they did not ask his furnace sauce and when I asked for sauce they looked bewildered they didn't offer any ketchup we got 2 napkins periodid and my car was practically overheating because of the way there was no reason for the one car ahead of us with 1 person ahead of us for the order to take almost 20 minutes I used to actually work at this location 30 years ago And when you have an issue and you have cars backing up because there are 3 cars behind me now waiting when you have an issue you Ask that car to pull around to the front and the staff come out and takes care of it to rectify the issue you don't let it sit there in line holding up people for 20 minutes on a 110° day. Furthermore when we got our tacos our tacos were cool to the touch there was no sauce offered to us when we asked for sauce you would think we were asking for the key to the pentagon... The curly fries were soggy it was a horrible experience I know there were rumors of this location supposedly being closed down well 80 there needs to be closed down and rebooted with new staff new policies or just needs to be closed down and turned into another...
Read moreHaven't came to this jack in the box in a long time. Horrible customer service and possibly racism. I came here this morning to get food. I waited at the order screen for over 5 minutes and no one responded and i wasn't told to hold on.
I approach the payment window and politely told an old lady that i wasn't sure if the order screen/mic worked because no one was talking and i couldn't hear anything. I had thought it was malfunctioning. She proceeds to tell me that she said hold on when she never said anything at all. Then says there is alot of problems with mexicans because we dont understand? We dont speak english right. I was born here and speak perfect english. What a joke. Horrible.
Someone needs to fire this lady or let her know she can't speak to customers like that. I was literally being polite the whole time.

Same thing happend this morning a year later. Right now there is no order menu if you go. I waited 7-8 minutes and no one was there, as soon as I drive forward a lady asks if she can take my order. I know for a fact she did that intentionally because she said that as soon a I drove forward and she should have been at the window since she had just said "can I take your order", they obviously use the computer to take orders so she should have been there, she wasn't and walked off by the time I pulled up to the window. A younger gentlemen was there but was probably cooking and he didn't bother to ask me anything so I left.

Read moreOwner, please either change the shift or train the drive tru person (it was a man) that was servicing on 11/30/2023 at around 6:50am to 7:10 am. It took almost 5 grueling torturous minutes to place an order on the speaker for nuggets and iced mocha only to be asked again what my order was on the window (and another probably 5 minutes to actually get my iced mocha that I had to mix myself and my nuggets). The person was hardly responsive or attentive when I was placing the order and I was speaking as clearly as I can be with no indication from them if they cannot understand or hear what I was saying. The order was only partially placed on the screen when i was told to go to the next window. I had to tell the person a total of 4 times what my order was and 5 times what my freaking sauce was. What happened to the usual people? I never had a problem like this before. Sure sometimes the people are actually a tiny bit snappy but at least they deliver promptly. Your location had always been reliable and I can put your services on schedule. Needless to say, todays service was just plain frustrating. Oh yeah, i forgot to ask for the receipt and was not given one so I am not sure if I got charged correctly. I will have to check...
