TERRIBLE BUSINESS. DO NOT order catering from here AT ALL. A couple weeks ago we hired them for catering. We showed them our itinerary since we were going to have some performances. We wanted to make sure that the food got there on time and not interrupt any games or singers. We agreed to have the food arrive at 6pm so that appetizers could start going out at 6:30 and then the food could follow shortly after. We had plans for after dinner starting at 8 and so we were extremely unhappy when the food did not arrive until 7:30. The appetizers and food were put out right after each other so most people did not get a chance to try everything. People were also rushing to eat, I did not even get to eat because we had to fit all of our performances and games in the span of 2 hours. After the food was dropped we told the restaurant to be back at 9:30 since we only had the venue til 10.The workers at the venue also told them the say time. At 10pm no one showed up so we started calling the restaurant. We were continuously put on hold until they said the driver would be there in 5 minutes. He was not. He got there at 11pm and when we asked him what happened he said that he had just been called to pick up the food. It seems to us that the restaurant forgot about us which is why we had to call and why the driver got there an hour and a half late. Not only that the owner told us the excess food belongs to him which was very strange. He kept asking us if people ate (when everyone did not get to eat) and said if everyone ate then the rest of the food is his. Anyway, the driver didn't get there til 11 so we helped him pack everything up as well as the workers at the venue. We did not get to leave the venue until 11:45pm when we were supposed to be out of there by 10. The next day we spoke to the owner in person and he was extremely rude, told us that it was not his problem and that he did not care. He walked us out of his office without attempting to remedy the situation in any way. We paid a good amount of money for delivery alone and we did not get the service. If we pay for delivery then it should get there somewhat on time and we should not have our entire event thrown off because a business is not professional enough to remember its catering orders. Very rude owners and food wasn't even good enough for how rude they are. Embarrassing. EDIT: to follow up to the owners response, we were very kind to him. we walked into his office after waiting 20 minutes to speak to him. We started off by stating that the food was good and that we appreciated the service; however, we have an issue with the delivery and that we were promised a certain schedule. We did not care in the end that they did not provide us any containers to take any food home and that he told us we could not take any but simply cared about how someone can be so rude and unwilling to remedy a situation that was caused due to their unprofessionalism. Read moreThe worst place to do your party events. I can't speak much of the restaurant but the booking a hall with them was an absolute nightmare. We booked the hall with the owner "Balkar" who failed to tell us at the time of booking that they will only provide us with HALF the hall. We found out literally 2 days before when we went there to look at the venue and the owner REFUSED to admit that he failed to tell us that they will give us only half the hall. We spent 2.5 hrs there trying to clarify. When we told him we will give less money since we will only get half the hall (& paid for the full), he straight up refused and told us to CANCEL our event but will not decrease even a dollar (keep in mind, this is 2 days before our event).
Then we found out that the slideshow projectors are broken. We told them to take care of it or tell us if it won't be fixed so we don't waste all the time making a slideshow. But of course, they failed to do both. We made the slideshow, even half hr before the event they didn't know if it would work or not and of course ended up not working. It was so upsetting since I had really wanted to do the slideshow and had spent so much time making it.
My decor person also had to literally kick out the guests from the event that was before us so she can get started on our decor. The restaurant/hall people would not tell them to leave.
DO NOT BOOK for an event. The owner is the worst, no customer services skills or any regard for his customers. He is RUDE and LIES. Rest of the staff was very helpful and friendly.
