All my wedding looks came from Shehnai. I worked directly with Amy and she literally made my wedding complete by making my vision come to life. She not only dressed me but also dressed my husband's family.

Coming into Shehnai, I already had a bad experience at another bay area bridal shop that wasn't size inclusive. Amy was extremely welcoming and worked with me to pick the best outfit for my wedding and reception. The quality was remarkable and the details on my main looks were beautiful. I really wanted something with beading vs just sequin or glitter and they delivered. I also purchased my wedding jewelry from here as well!

On top of all this, our groomsmen's outfits from India came in the wrong shade, about 4 weeks from the wedding. I reached out to Amy and she worked with me to get 15 groomsmen outfits within 2 weeks. The service and speed she provided, others could not provide.

This is a family business and they treat you like family. Everyone there is sweet and really wants you to walk out with something you'll like. I really value the time Amy spent with my family and made my overall experience amazing.

After a nightmare experience with a different tailor (who was rude, constantly changing fitting appointments, and even threatening to drop my order), I was lucky to find this gem of a boutique. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of amazing. Not only do they have an exquisite selection of Indian wedding attire, but the level of care and professionalism truly sets them apart.

I was able to find beautiful outfits for my entire family. Their team worked around my schedule and even went above and beyond to help me when I was left scrambling due to the issues with my previous tailor. They took on the urgent task of stitching my wedding lehengas, and they turned out absolutely perfect. I have no doubt the tailor worked overtime to ensure I had it in time for my destination wedding.

Despite living out of state, they managed to complete everything based on my schedule, sparing me the need for multiple trips. Having seen the mushrooming of ethnic Indian stores and restaurants in the Bay Area for over two decades, visit to Shehnai Bridal Boutique (SBB) is like a whiff of fresh air. The store is conveniently located in a shopping plaza with ample parking space, so no worry about looking for a parking spot. Upon entering the store you are greeted by a smile and warm welcome (yes, you can still sense the smile behind the COVID-forced masked faces). They have a huge collection of apparel for ladies, men, and children. The garments are displayed in a very organized way. Something different than seeing everything cramped on hangers or in plastic bags. You can touch and feel the displayed item and ask for the size that you need. Selection is latest, of good quality and design, and in plenty. They even have choices for infants (1-year +).
