Wendy's — Restaurant in Fremont

If I would rate the speed of service based upon the quality of the meal at the time, it would be appalling. The skeleton crew felt like it consisted of two managers and a small handful of kids who were undertrained and unattended. And the management was very careful to make their conversations with their crew so fun, that they left the line of 15 people staring at a new crew member. With no organization and forgetting multiple items to multiple people. And if the chicken wasn't so dry, it would have been easier to ignore the multiple tables that were unclean. Including the trash on multiple tables and sticky floors. With crew members on break just staring at their phones hoping no one will make more of a mess. And it's funny when the manager tells their crew to tuck in their shirts in front of a line of people who have already accepted the fact that no one has time for the presentation of the store. Not to mention swearing in front of kids.

This is supposed to be a newly remodeled Wendy's? And the people who work in it are not going to take care of it?...

Bad experience this time

I ordered from drive thru and when I got back home I realized it was missing one medium size French Fries, so I went back to the restaurant to the drive thru window, I was trying to get the attention of the manager who was coordinating and also was the one that handed my order to me at the first place, well, long story short, he didn't say nothing, so I had to tell the cashier at the window that they forgot the item, she communicated it to him and after that I got my item, the thing that I'm very disappointed is the Manager attitude, he didn't even came to me to apologize or something, and he was the one to made that mistake, the cashier apologized but I was expecting an apology from the Manager, which everytime when I go to the store I noticed that he never greets the customers, as a Manager he shouldn't be the role model to the employees? I served my mission in Fremont California, and this Wendys was one of the most scared places in my eyes. I can't express how special this place is to me. I can't tell you how many times a Dave's Triple at the end of the day solved my problems. I can't express the joy Wendys fries gave while sitting with my best friends. I can't explain the excitement of standing at those incredible fountain machines tapping in the perfect combination for my drink. This Wendys is the most incredible Wendys in all of the Bay area - trust me. From the pretzel bacon pub to the Baconater- even a classic Dave's single - this team has done wonders with every order I have made. I now live in Utah - the Wendys here are a huge disappointment. After experiencing the Wendys of Blacow and Mowry, no other fast food restaurant will ever amaze me. Someday I will return to Fremont amd you already know I will visit this place.
