Jim's Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Fresno

The staff is nice, until something goes wrong, but the food is wack! Me and my fiance order the same pork fried rice, and his comes crispy, and mine comes smothered in some unknown sauce that no one ordered! Also my plate was ladled down with rice and noodles, and five pieces of meat for $7 something! Outrageous! Then when we called to get our order corrected they told us that's how it comes, and wouldn't fix the problem. I have ordered from this place not a month ago before this incident, and rest assured, if I had gotten something like this then, there would not have been a second trip!!! Terrible customer relation...

Order the broccoli beef and it was really salty, and the fried shrimp was just mainly batter and too hard to eat, fried rice was horrible. Out of everything i ordered i only liked the special shrimp chowmein, if could had more shrimp in it, but only had 4 pieces. I should have seen it as a sign not to go in that restaurant. Because It was totally empty, when we got there But i gave it a chance. Now i regret the money i spent there the food was horrible never ever going back there. My first time at this local restaurant, and was very impressed right from the start. Upon entry was greeted immediately . Was given a menu and placed my order. Their house special with big shrimp. Beef. Pork and spice deliciously great. Their lemon chicken scrumptious. Egg rolls really good. Very very clean and the cook, well his friendliness was very welcoming and genuine.
