The food is great but everything is so unorganized. We have ordered from here twice, and both of those were for special occasions.

The first time I placed an order well ahead of time to be picked up but when I arrived at the time they gave me they did not have my order ready and I had to wait for more than half an hour.

Then, when I got home and was organizing the plates, I noticed that several side dishes had been changed and were not what I ordered.

Last week, we ordered from here again because it was my brother's graduation, and he requested this place specifically. We ordered for pick up and arrived at the time they gave us. The food wasn't ready, they were out of stock of a majority of their items and were still accepting orders, knowing that they did not have the ingredients for them.

They also did not update their website either to let customers know that they were out of stock of their ingredients so other people were showing up expecting their orders and being told they had next to nothing left.

We received our order late, and my brother's graduation dinner was delayed. When we got home, we opened the plates and saw that they got the side dishes wrong AGAIN and just decided to put whatever they had left.

This place seriously needs better organization. I'm genuinely disappointed because the food is good but they need to take better inventory, give accurate wait times, clearly communicate with their customers, and be on top of their website reflecting what they have in stock. We stopped by for Sunday lunch. I ordered the 3 meat plate, 2 rolls and a banana pudding. I got brisket 10/10 juicy, tender and full of flavor, definitely some of the best I've had around here. The spicy beef link 7/10 really good flavor but no heat to it at all, and the texture was a bit loose but again great flavor. Pork ribs 4/10 they were decent but didn't have much flavor and not very tender. Potato salad 5/10 I'm not sure if it's made from scratch but it felt like packaged, still good but needed more seasoning. Baked beans 6/10 these would've been 9/10 but there was WAY too much black pepper in them and it overwhelmed the taste of everything else. The rolls 20/10 I wish I would've ordered 10 more lol they were so so good. Banana pudding 8/10 very good, it was fresh, very simply put together and that's just how I like it. The service was great, the girl that helped us was very sweet great personality but it's very slow, by the time I got my food my sister and niece were almost done with theirs. I felt bad for her because she had to run back and forth from outside to get the food and then back inside to set it up and get the drinks and stuff, I'm not sure if that's how they do things regularly but it would make things so much easier on them to get a food runner as it was pretty busy. So total for my whole meal no drink + tip was $38 and I feel like it was very worth it, I'll definitely make the drive back from hanford again very soon. Overall...

The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is quite nice, although the speakers are usually bumping music uncomfortably loud in front of the building. The food is above average. Sometimes the brisket can be overcooked, and they tend to put loads of black pepper on almost everything.

Unfortunately, although I've ordered from here about 6 times, I won't be ordering again. Out of 6 times, they've only gotten my order completely correct, with no issues, ONCE.

They are in dire need of a better ordering system. They won't take your order by phone, only online. No matter what you order, they are guaranteed to be out of something you picked, but there's never any indication of what they don't have. I complained about it once, and they said to call ahead and ask what they're out of at that time (they want me to call them, but they don't want to take my order on the phone - What's up with that?) So anyway, I called ahead next time, and still, they were out of the item I picked, even though they failed to mention it on the phone.

They will either give you one sauce or many more than you wanted. Paying for extra sauce online seems to have no bearing on what they actually give you.

This last time I ordered through them, they forgot more than one item that I ordered. I give up. It's a shame. If they would tighten up in a couple of areas, it could be a...
