First-time visit – overall a mixed experience. Parking was easy to find on the street, and since it was Sunday, meters were free, a nice bonus. Customer service was wonderful, very friendly and helpful staff upon receiving ordered items. However, there was no introduction upon entry or with regards to the menu. What I ordered: Tea Flight ($15): I chose lavender, chai, and jasmine teas, with honey on the side. You get one free refill, though I didn’t take advantage of it. Caramel Toffee Matcha 16oz cup ($12): Surprisingly delicious — and I’m not even a fan of matcha! A bit pricy though. Ham & Cheese Bars ($13): Crispy and flavorful. The tater tots were also great, though it was odd that no dipping sauce was provided. The total came out to $45.48 with a $6 tip included. Other notes: Restrooms are available but require a code. The location is inside a building with other businesses, which gives it a cool shared-space vibe. They kindly request that guests limit their visit to 90 minutes, which is something to be aware of.

Wow! We had such a wonderful time at Isla Tea Lounge for my brother’s birthday! The customer service is just amazing! The way Dash took care of us and took her time to go through the Matcha Ceremony, Isla Experience, and share about each tea was such a great experience. Dash went above and beyond to make sure we celebrated my brother’s birthday right by turning down the lights and projecting THE CUTEST happy birthday message as she brought out the delicious Teagato with a candle on it! My brother was so surprised. Not only was it an amazing experience all the teas were top notch, the charcuterie board was delicious, the açaí bowl was amazing, the turkey croissant sandwich was perfect in every way, and the salad dressing was refreshing. My 4-year old daughter was entertained with the all the coloring choices and even enjoyed chamomile tea with some sugar cubes for the first time! Can’t wait to try everything else soon! Thank you for making it so special! Highly recommend.

I love this place! Super yummy bites and the tea is amazing! The customer service is also phenomenal; the owners are super sweet and you can tell they’re passionate about what they do. This is a great place to go if you want to unwind, get some work done, or simply socialize! I love the variety of things you can do, such as reading their books (they have a great selection), coloring, playing board games, and taking cute photos.

To start off I have to say how HAPPY I am a place like this exists in Fresno- its the perfect spot to come with friends, hang out without needing to go a bar. For the studiers, its a perfect spot to study and work at (wifi with outlets anyone?) and is open until 10 PM. The interior is this vibey space paying homage to Japanese roots, even having a japanese sitting side along with a matcha ceremony.

They have a full menu of teas, sweet and savory bites. I came with my brother and ordered the Isla experience, which comes with a 3 tea samplers (from which you can then choose a big pot), a savory bite and a sweet bite (all for $33, which is such a great price for what you order). The savory bite we ordered was the pesto mozzarella flatbread and it came with a sesame salad (hot and delicious), and the sweet was a special banana nut bread.

In addition we got a teagato (think affogato but with tea) and it was THE BEST IDEA EVER. Please get the teagato and a pastry together and trust me you'll thank me later.

This is THE addition we needed to Fresno and excited to...
