My friend was raving about this place so she chose to come here for her bday. We brought our kids and were actually excited too cuz we love Mediterranean Food. Unfortunately, are very disappointed. We got there at 7pm got seated and placed our orders and then the waitress came about 20 minutes later to let us know they ran out of Chicken Strips that 3 of my kids ordered. So we settled to order chicken n rice. Then one plate came out and then we had to wait another 20 minutes for the other plates to come out and was told the hummus and pita bread and appetizers were taken off because they were super busy. At this time customers were coming in and out ordering and got their to-go orders before us. It's already 7:50pm my daughter and my friend, the birthday girl haven't gotten their plates yet my daughter had to eat from my son's plate it was so sad. So the waitress comes cleaning some tables and them comes up to us to ask if we are wanting anything else? ...We tell her YES we are missing my daughters chicken and rice plate and the friends Chicken Kabob plate. She goes in the back to check and she comes back apologizing that she had to rewrite the orders and accidentally forgot to put them on the new order. She said she would personally pay for the plates because she felt bad. So at this point we are pissed and wanted to talk to the manager and the manager came out apologizing saying the Owner had some family issues and wasn't there and they are all new and still learning. Like okay? I get it but man warn us to let us know so we get the chance to leave but they had us there past 8pm waiting for food when they close at 8pm!......So he took off 2 plates off our order and the plate the waitress offered to pay for she ended up not paying so my friend, the birthday girl who was waiting for her plate still had to pay for it. It was just a hot mess.... we wished we were able to speak to the owner because usually my friend says when he's there it's perfect. Read moreWorst experience ever. Did not want to help us. Spoke to 2 "managers," and neither of them had any customer service skills. Instead of an apology, I was pushed aside, and the other asked what I wanted him to do. We went in for lunch and it was our first time there. We were seated, I let them know olit was our first time there. Gave us a menu. We sat there for about 10 minutes and watched while others were seated and put in their orders. I finally got fed up and stood in line at the register. Cashier helped the person behind me and then the other people that just appeared. I asked to speak to the manager. "Manager" showed up and supposed they are short staffed and busy. How are they too busy to help the customer that was there before all the other people they serviced? Then, he walked away to serve the food to another table. Just showing me that they have no customer service skill. Them I see the busses trying to clear the table we had been sitting at. Saw another person asked him if he was the manager, and he said yes. Let him know what was going on, and the whole time, we were getting pushed to the side and just were in the way. I had let him know that it would be more professional if he had taken us to a spot where we weren't on the way. He kept interrupting me to ask what I wanted from him. I kept telling him to listen. Read moreThe service at the restaurant was absolutely terrible. The staff was rude and unhelpful. They seemed annoyed by our presence and showed no interest in providing good customer service. It was clear that they didn't care about our experience.
We placed an order for a group a day before and confirmed everything. Not only did they drastically overcharge us and have a lack of transparency with their pricing, but the order was not ready on time! They also had the audacity to charge extra for utensils. We had to go back in and buy utensils separately, which was an inconvenience and an unnecessary expense.
To make matters even more frustrating, when we went back to buy the utensils, we overheard the staff talking negatively about the situation. It was unprofessional and disrespectful. It showed a complete lack of integrity on their part.
This experience has left a sour taste in our mouths and we will definitely not be supporting this kind of business. It is clear that they have a history of lying and upcharging regular customers. You may order the same thing multiple times and get charged different amounts each time. It's unacceptable and we will be sharing our negative experience with others to warn them about this establishment.
Overall, this restaurant may have good food, but the terrible service and dishonest practices overshadow any positives. We will be looking for alternative options for our team and personal lunches...
