I had brought my sons bracelet in to get fixed because the links broke. There was four extra links to the bracelet when I brought it in(. It wasn’t attached to the bracelet since it had broke). They day I bought it in the lady messed up on the envelope with my information and had to redo it, they didn’t let me know when to go and pick up either, nor did they weigh my bracelet when I brought it in. Today I went to go pick up my sons bracelet and the bracelet doesn’t even fit my son anymore. They tried to say “ his wrist grew in two days” and that they just put the bracelet back together they don’t shorten it. Even after the fact that Just two days ago his bracelet fit him big now it doesn’t fit him completely. They steal broken jewelry you bring in & instead of weighing out ur gold to make sure it’s the correct weight they try to tell you” here look let me show you all the kids bracelets are all the same length”. Puts my sons bracelet next to the others and look their it’s not the same length. I wouldn’t recommend, jewelry is cheep/flimsy & you will spend more money fixing then it’s worth. Poor customer service that tries to pull fast ones over customers. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend. I rather pay more & go to the Fresno coin gallery where you don’t have to worry...

I had the most amazing time at Blue Bird's. I was dress shopping for prom and found this dress I absolutely loved. However, they didn't carry my size. I thought it was nice that they were going to contact the manufacturer for me. However, nothing I could do would prepare me for what they would tell me the next day. They contacted me the evening after my visit and told me that the manufacturer didn't make the dress anymore... yikes! I was devastated. Then the unthinkable happened. They told me they would pay for all the alterations if I really wanted the dress. I've never been happier.

Don’t order from this store. I bought 8 dresses from this store but one of them came in defective. I called the store immediately after the girl received it to inform them. They asked me to bring it in and wait 5-6 days for an exchange. I let them know that would be fine but I would need them to ship it to the girl who lives out of town. They stated they wouldn’t be able to do that. They expect me to run back and forth to get this issue resolved myself and don’t want to take any accountability for defective dress.
