Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Frisco

I love this place and all Chick-fil-A stores but today I was really unhappy with customer service , I have ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with no bacon , medium fries with half sweet tea and half lemonade , But when ever she said the price I was like something is wrong bc I’m paying more then what I usually pay I get same food from there all the time , but any way I paid then took my food and went back to my store , hunger and ready to eat my food I open my bag and fries were low and I was like it’s cool then I open my box to eat my sandwich , it was Fried chicken sandwich with bacon on it , and it said on the box that it was a grilled chicken sandwich with no bacon so I don’t know who they got that wrong and put a Fried chicken with bacon when I ordered a grilled chicken with no bacon , I had to Close my store again then go back there and show her the box and what it said and showed her what’s in this the box , they fixed it but never refund me the extra money they charged , because she grilled chicken sandwich with no bacon is a lot cheaper then Fried chicken with bacon , I couldn’t close my store again and go back to talk to them about it but I’m really upset that Chick-fil-A is like McDonald’s now you order one thing and you get another thing , I always thought highly of Chick-fil-A but...

Absolutely worst service ever. Two workers had the worst attitude ever. Right when i walked up to the cash register the person taking my order was very rude his name was Kenneth he immediately had an attitude with me when i asked for two separate orders. One for my boss and one for me. And his response was well i advice you not to do that with the worst attitude and i told him that it was for me and my boss and we are paying separately for our meals. He responded with oh okay i guess. And i proceeded to tell him the two orders and for mine i asked for a sweet tea and he was filling it up and it ran out of sweet tea so he filled the the rest with unsweet tea . And said we don’t have anymore sweet tea Ana handed it to me and walked away. Then as i was getting my food i asked another lady for chick-fil-a sauces because none of the meals had them and i asked for them while i was ordering and she said there was some already in there and completely ignored me and filled up 5 people’s drinks and another worker had to tell her I’ve been waiting for her when she saw me still standing there. And then she handed me a handful of chick-fil-a sauce and said here you go does this make you happy now. And i just walked away because i almost lost it. If i could put negative stars i would. Worst service i ever...

Great food and friendly staff. Most of all they keep a neat and clean restaurant. my only complaint is that they are closed on Sunday's. I know they are a religious company but as a fast food restaurant serving the general population where not all customers are of the same religion they should, in my opinion, keep open and let those who dont want to work on Sundays be of and here others that do.

I know it is a touchy subject but of you are in a service type company then you should make exceptions. of you sell religious products then yes, keep the religions schedule, but for food or any other neutral service then respect others beliefs and do not force your schedule on all of your customers. if target and Walmart can say happy holidays and not Mary Christmas then a fast food company can be open on...
