It's customary for me to attend the Frisco 380 location 2-3 times a week after dropping my kids off for early morning practice. Today, I ordered the usual, and the cashier handed me the cofee but while in transfer the lid was not secured and the hot cofee spilled and burned my hand. I honestly didn't hear her say sorry or show any form of remorse. She just turned an grabbed some napkins and handed them to me. Didn't have the decency to ask if I was okay and just stood there as I was wiping and doctoring my hand while holding my water to pass to me. Once I cleaned my self, I reached for the water and no other words were exchanged. I surely expected an attempt to extend empathy or a have a great day. I had to remind her it was okay to treat me...
Read moreI honestly have always had great experiences at the other locations but the one time I try this one on 380 the girl was rude and condescending. After she completed the order from the car in front of me; she is literally hanging out the guys window chatting away. I get it you’re friendly if that’s what that was about , then she looks back and sees I’m waiting and gets almost annoyed I’m there. I ask if there was change for a hundred and her response was both snarky and rude. Even if the answer is no, there is a way to say it. “Because it’s a coffee shop and we don’t have it” . Well I won’t make the mistake of stopping at this location again...

Staff is always nice and friendly as well! 4 stars only because I find it annoying they put the payment pad in your face everytime you pull up to the window, and ask "It's going to ask you something" If your going to request a tip and your an hourly paid fast food employee, at least have the common curiosity to ask for one, and eliminate that awkward moment of pushing a electronic pad in the customers face, and making them feel forced to put a tip...
