Panda Express — Restaurant in Frisco

If I could give zero stars for service I would but not towards the drive thru worker who was sweet.

When a customer spends $30+ at your FAST FOOD restaurant you expect your food to be how you ordered it right? Wrong. I go through the drive thru and I waited forever for me and 1 other car - finally I get home and 1 of my plates entrees was wrong which I usually accept since it’s fast food but it’s an entree that’s so gross to me and now I don’t have the time to deal with it, so I call to talk to the manager. The poor young man who answered said to the manager a customer wanted to talk to him/her, the worker was told to ask what about.. I said I just want to talk to the manager please - a few minutes goes by and the worker returns and says his manager said he is busy but can take your number and call you back later… I WAS JUST THERE, and y’all DEFINITELY were not busy enough for a manager to not answer a phone call for an upset customer.

Last visit I made I sat at the drive thru waiting to order for 7 minutes - I timed it when I realized nobody was paying attention. Then suddenly I get an answer and I can order now. The place was completely empty so i don’t know what they were doing in there.

Again the drive thru worker was really nice! The food is really good but the customer service...

Very poor customer service. I asked for a plate with fried rice, orange chicken, and steak with extra soy sauce please, and an order of rangoons with sweet and sour. The lady taking my order at the drive through corrected me in the middle of my order telling me not to ask for sauce until I get to the window. I got to the window and she said, “now what sauce did you say you needed?” I kindly said soy and sweet and sour please. She had an attitude. She didn’t give be me a straw for my large drink, she didn’t charge me for or give me the rangoons because she was too busy correcting me on how I need to order. I won’t come back. Poor management is what this seems like. My food was also like slop. 3 pieces of steak that was partially cold. I ate in my truck right after my order. I will go to Pei Wei...

I am so annoyed with this place…. the amount of cabbage or whatever the heck they put in the chow main is literally insane…. this is the amount of noodles we had compared to cabbage……… Almost a full container of just the veggies? WHERE’S THE NOODLES?!?!?!?!? Fried rice was hard and not fully cooked… Mostly white. The orange chicken was at least fresh and just made but we stayed in the line for 17 minutes while we waited so i guess that’s a thing too?????? So disappointed… Fix your veggie to noodle ration… and higher people that actually care about “decent” food going to their customers smh. Not these damn teenagers who just need a job for a check and won’t actually make the food properly. I get that it’s “fast food” and not gourmet but honestly it’s NOT even FAST and not even...
