Amazing place for caffeine lovers!
Greenova's whole thing is that they utilize a special method of making their tea drinks (similar to how espresso is pulled), and the end result has MUCH more caffeine than regular tea does.
At first I was skeptical, but after trying this place twice I can confidently say the whole process is far from a gimmick. It works, and the flavor is there to back it up.
If you're here for the weird super sugary boba drinks you normally find at most boba shops, this isn't going to be your speed. If you're here for an alternative to espresso/coffee AND want some good tea while you're at it, Greenova is doing it the best.
I personally got the Vanilla Teatte at first, as that utilizes half the amount of the tea they use in their extraction process (plus I'm not actually a big fan of roasty teas in general). After being pleasantly surprised, I came back and took the dive into the good stuff on their Dancha menu, same drink as before but with the full-on caffeine hit.
This place deserves more patronage. They've got their niche carved out among a sea of tea shops all mostly serving the same thing, and while it's not flashy it makes up for it in quality. I'd take this over a cup of aggressively mid Jasmine tea with a bunch of syrup thrown into it passing...

On a recent trip to Dallas, I stumbled upon Greenova – tea with purpose. From the moment we walked in, the friendly staff made us feel welcome. They took the time to explain the menu and highlighted a few things that set Greenova apart from other tea spots. One thing that stood out was their pulled tea method — a unique approach that intrigued me.
I decided to try the Oolong Tea with oat milk and two pumps of vanilla, along with a Dancha Vanilla Teatte. The Oolong was smooth and perfectly balanced, while the Teatte had a rich, full-bodied flavor. Both drinks were exquisite, each offering its own distinctive taste.
I didn’t get a chance to try the matcha, but I heard the owner also runs a matcha-focused tea shop — so I have no doubt it’s worth checking out. They also offer a non-caffeinated option and a small food menu, which I didn’t try this time.
If you’re a tea lover and want something stronger and more refined than your usual cup, I highly recommend...
Read moreAbsolutely delicious, strong, smooth, fragrant tea!! The dual phase process makes the caffeine so much stronger than a cup of coffee but somehow it tastes even better. I got their lavender matcha teatte, and a matcha teatte with ube cold foam. Both were amazingly delicious. You can actually taste the lavender and it doesn't taste artificial or fake. The matcha itself is so smooth, not bitter, no astringency and very matcha forward on its own. The Ube foam was delicious and I can't wait to try more of the drinks as well as their foams. 100% coming back and recommend everyone try this new unique tea concept!
Update: came back and had the pistachio teatte and the coconut crunch teatte. Both are so delicious!!! Between the two I think I slightly preferred the coconut one but I'd get both over and over. I hope they do some sort of point/membership/punch card thing...
