I used Pokeworks website and placed and order. Got most of the items except miso soup and spicy edamame. I called the dasher who was assigned through 3rd party delivery service that pokeworks subscribes to and got no response. The order updates portal said call the restaurant. So, I called the restaurant when I saw the soup missing. First person who picked up said they will have the manager call back. Then within a second of starting to eat, I noticed even the spicy edamame was not there. So called the restaurant again. This time a lady picked up. I explained the situation. There was no apology, instead her first response was my staff confirmed that the items were placed inside the bag. While I get there there might have been an issue with the dasher or a misplace of the order and even a customer could be faking it, your first response shouldnât be staff had already packed it. Someone is hungry and paid for an order and when they say they did not get couple of items, you should at least say I am sorry. It almost felt like the lady was saying I am lying. I used to like pokeworks, now both their service and quality have reduced. The lady did confirm that they will refund but it really could have been handled better. Hopefully this review reaches someone at the company who can help train the team to respond a bit better. 3 star for food and the fact that they said they will...
Read moreThe food was OK, portions small, served in plastic disposable stuff. So much trash.
Staff split my family's orders between some other family so we ordered some, had to wait for the other then finished ordering. Us or the other guest were inconvenienced.
The screen prompts for a tip 15% is the lowest option.
The tables were not clean. I had to get my own condiments and then clean up after myself.
What "service" do they actually provide worthy of a tip?
They make food? That's the difference in price between going to the grocery store and eating out. Service is something the establishment is supposed to do on top of that.
Go here if you want to overpay for previously frozen and shipped in poke ingredients in small portions, ruin the environment with disposal utensils and plates/bowls. Overpay for canned/bottled beverages. Clean up after yourself. And pay a 15% tip for the experience.
If you're here consider 40 below or roll and poke. Roll and poke has better ingredients, real bowls, miso soup and drink refills. 40 Below has real and fresh poke and sauces that taste better than thawed ahi on salad dressing with rice. Even Costco has better Poke.

Read moreI had such a great experience at Pokeworks Sushi Bar in Frisco!
The âPoke Your Wayâ option is fantastic - you can completely customize your bowl with fresh proteins, toppings, and sauces to fit your taste. Emphasis on the âfit your tasteâ as I am someone who is not a fan of anything raw (but I still love poke, donât judge). A special shoutout to Sheryl at the register - she was incredibly helpful in walking me through the ordering process. She really went above and beyond to make sure I understood all the options and got exactly what I wanted.
The ingredients were super fresh and the portions were generous. Itâs the perfect spot whether youâre new to poke or already a fan. Iâll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend this location to anyone in the area looking for delicious, fresh poke with...
