Read moreI set an appointment, received a polite confirmation email. Was greeted nicely with a followup phone call and asked to provide forms before or at the location before or at my appointment time. I was called 35 minutes prior to my appointment and asked if I could come in a little early. I obliged, but the directions provided by the link in the email were incorrect, adding some extra time to my arrival. That aside, I still arrived slightly early. I was given an ipad containing a release of any and all liabilities for the company and then a lengthy health questionnaire. I signed the release, filled out the questionnaire and was told the nurse practitioner would he with me shortly after the person in front of me. I waited for approximately 15 minutes and was approached by a staff member who politely informed me the nurse would not be available for the appointment. She mentioned the nurse was unable to make it in for the appointment, But oddly, earlier it seemed the nurse was in. Which was it? As I was certainly the last appointment of the day and they had tried to get me in earlier, i got the impression they had decided they didn’t want to wait to go home for the day. They offered to get me in the following day, I politely informed the staff member I was not interested and found this unprofessional. I also informed her that I had been getting over an illness and was using this service to be ready for the next day.
Although a luxury, and probably not really necessary, i was just trying to take care. Instead of getting care, I got aggravated.
I think it important to be respectful of people’s time. Furthermore, i think it also important to know that people do not believe you when offer excuses instead of the promised service.
To put it simply: a very polite lack of work ethic. I suggest you support another...
Read moreLet me start by saying I have been a member of this location since their grand opening. The front desk team (even tho the turnover is pretty high) have been nothing but pleasant and helpful from day 1. The nurses have also been great! HOWEVER the owner definitely needs some classes in management and customer service. I have been having issues with the new point system since the end of summer. I have asked for her to call me several times but never got a call. There were 2 times she was there and wouldn't so much as say hi, knowing that I had issues with my points expiring before my ability to use them due to work travel. Well today I went to cancel (which must be done in person) after having my account paused so I can use all my soon to expire points. Every time I went in they had to talk to her because I insisted on using all the about to expire points towards my IV drips. The points don't match the pricing; so it was always a back a forth about the value and the service I chose. WHY WOULD I PAY EXTRA FOR A SERVICE WHEN I HAD POINTS ABOUT TO EXPIRE. At my appointment in Dec I was told that I had 8 point expiring in Jan. Magically today I only have 4 points, but since there is no customer facing portal for points and payments, it was my word against the system. Granted I always assumed whatever they told me was true until the discrepancies in Oct. when I started tracking myself. She finally came out and was visibly annoyed at the fact that I was cancelling and as a result she gave me an attitude from the start of our conversation. I'm so glad I signed the cancelation papers before she came out to talk because I walked out as she was getting loud at me at the front desk with other customers present. It would be nice if you just refunded my balance ACCORDING TO YOU or I'll be going to the BBB. She runs the Frisco and...
