During my visit, I tried the Cumin Beef Noodles and Grilled Lamb Skewers, and both dishes exceeded expectations. The Cumin Beef Noodles were rich in aroma and perfectly balanced in spice, with tender slices of beef complemented by springy, hand-pulled noodles. The Grilled Lamb Skewers were equally impressive — juicy, well-seasoned, and cooked to perfection, showcasing the kitchen’s attention to detail and mastery of flavor.

We stumbled on Noodle One in Frisco by accident while walking after dinner they haven’t even had their grand opening yet and we’ve already been back twice! The moment you walk in, you can smell the freshness of the hand-pulled noodles, and the flavor absolutely matches the aroma. The dishes taste like real, authentic Chinese cuisine with those mild yet incredibly comforting flavors that are hard to find in Texas. So far, we’ve tried the signature noodle soup, cumin beef over noodles, cumin beef fried rice, dumplings with eggs and chives, and a few more dishes every single one was fresh, balanced, and delicious. The staff is also genuinely nice and friendly. Jeff helped us on both visits and gave excellent dish recommendations that we ended up loving he clearly knows the menu inside and out. For a spot that isn’t even officially open yet, they’re already delivering amazing food and warm service. We can’t wait to keep coming back this place is going to be a favorite once the word spreads! ​We just paid a visit to Noodle One during their soft opening, and it's already a 5-star experience! We're so excited to have an authentic halal northern Chinese restaurant with such a great location and good interior. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming to our whole family. ​The food is fantastic. The star of the show is definitely the Lanzhou Beef Noodles—the broth was rich and the noodles were perfect. It's so authentic and delicious! We also tried the stir-fried noodles, which were very good and flavorful (just a heads-up for future visitors, even the "mild" version has a really nice spicy kick!). ​We also got to try the BBQ Lamb (which was off-menu during the soft opening), and it was absolutely fantastic. I really hope they add it to the permanent menu! ​If you love northern/northwestern Chinese cuisine, you will enjoy this place. It's a wonderful, family-friendly spot. We can't wait to come back....
