I was driving around super late and just happened to stop by and was recommend the Baghdad Burger (with the sesame bun, of course) so I ordered those, paid and went to get fuel refilled across the road - by the time I got back, they were closed 😩

A day or two later, passing by again, it occurred to me that I’d never actually collected my order. I decided to stop in and explain the situation, fully aware that such requests aren’t always met with understanding.

To my delight, the lady at the counter handled the matter brilliantly. Though there was no record of an abandoned order, she efficiently cross-referenced the timing—confirming that my transaction was indeed the last one before closing that evening.

Without any fuss, she offered to prepare the meals fresh there and then.

What truly impressed me was the exceptional level of service:
