A horrible experience. Many young, inexperienced people, acting without training, treated me very badly! And this happened twice... today was my last time, a the end of it. Even though it's close to my house, I'll have to drive to another to another location. They denied me water... And as soon as I sat down, they asked if I was going to buy anything. I literally just got in the place.. They spoke loudly and in front of everyone. I'm a businessman, I don't dress poorly. And I had to cancel my meeting and move everything to another location on the next day, still wondering if I'll call my lawyer and file a lawsuit against Starbucks! For the lack of respect and the humiliation. But I'll definitely post it in our condominium group to be aware of this type of service. And ask them if this happen again to post a review like: Starbucks is denying water to members and customers, and not only that, but hiring inexperienced people to save money on the water! Horrible, inexperienced service. I've never given a bad review, but today was my fist one.... Horrible...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI HAVE to shout out Shelbi in the drive-thru today, Wednesday, Oct.18th her customer service was so uniquely extra sweet today, we drove up sleepy and fudged our order but she was so cool about it and understood our jiberish lol just so sweet. Then we get our coffee and immediately it smelled fabulous but once I took the first sip it was so perfectly made I had to praise Myrani, because this coffee hugged my soul š„² I had to personally say thank youu it was so heavenly made. She put beautiful energy in this coffee. Boost of joy𤩠I just had such a surreal unexpected experience at this Starbucks š¤Æš¤¤šš« š„² THANK YOU ALL, my husband and I needed this š the cheese Danish so perfectly crispy and fluffy š guys wow! Way to go whoever hired these two amazing...

I placed a mobile order and didn't stop at the drive thru speaker. When I got to the window they guy IN THE WORST ATTITUDE says "next time stop at the speaker so I have your order ready" "well I ordered on mobile so it should be ready" "well then I'll have ready in my hands" "umm okay I'll remember that for next time"....Hands me my drinks. And guess what...MY ORDER IS WRONG. So sweetie even if you had it "ready in your hands" it would be been wrong. So the re-do the order and hand me my drink COVERED IN SYRUP AND MADE MY HANDS STICKY. Don't be sassy and get my order...
