I ordered Philly Cheesesteaks crepes and normally can't go wrong with this pick on menu. A lot of the menu is hit or miss when it comes to savory crepes. Salmon ordered last time was missing seasoning and dry. Their dessert crepes are the safest bet.

I am celiac and always notified gluten free when ordering even though it is advertised everywhere that they use rice flour. The young man taking my order clearly was new because he needed a lot of guidance on how to enter my order in register from lady next to him making crepes.

I watched them make it our order and it was like watching two clueless workers trying to figure it out. He started cooking while she ran out in front of display window next to me to look at ingredients and to let him know what's next. He put in the cheese and she was like you messed up that's not gluten free. I decided to interrupt and let her know it is. This was very frustrating since I am a returning customer. A third worker came back from grocery shopping at 99 ranch next door and the two workers currently there were yelling out loud "we need your help". Very unprofessional... made me wish I didn't even take our order home and just ask for a refund. It didn't taste good. All I was able to eat was the crepe itself, lettuce and sauce…meat didn’t feel...

It's great to find a crepe place, and it's hard to review outside of the unique virtue of being a crepe place, especially when I love crepes.

The crepes are fresh and filled with fresh ingredients, however, I always feel like there's too much crepe and not enough add ons. By the end of it I usually feel like I'm just eating straight crepe.

Depending on the time that you go it can be very busy or relatively slow. Something that confused me was that you'll input your phone number but that will not use it to notify you that your order is ready. There's no coms so you can't hear them calling your number.

Something that really annoyed me was that the whole experience is contactless between the customer and the employees, but as you submit your order they auto select a 20% tip. Why would I pay 20% when I put the order in myself, and have to pick it up myself? At that point all you're doing is your job without room to do exemplary service. The tip option should be removed entirely as it just shows the establishment is underpaying their employees.

Overall, this is a great place to come for a crepe. However, I've always felt like it wasn't worth it. Overpriced, not enough add-ons,...

I finally got to try out a real Japanese crepe. We went to T-swirl crepe after dinner for a good dessert crepes. They also have savory crepes as well. The inside is pretty dope with some nice wood aesthetics. They have displays of most of their crepes on display, so you can see what they look like. You can order at the counter, but there's a self-serve kiosk, that you can go to order. We went on a Monday around 6:30 PM. We were the only ones there. We got the Avocado T swirl, matcha chocolate truffle, and the Japanese roast Sencha tea. I would NOT get the Avocado swirl again. It tasted like soap. :(. The tea was okay. Probably would not get that again. The crepe itself was pretty good. Had a lot of flavors going on. The location is next to SomiSomi and 85 bakery. They had a cotton candy machine in there that had the most annoying music playing. If I worked there, it' would probably drive me crazy. Slightly warm at 74 degrees in there.

Absolutely fabulous desserts - a great place to visit after having dinner/lunch at one of the many (Asian) restaurants nearby. We had the Nutella Strawberry and the Caramelized Apples crepes - and both exceeded expectations. Now... one important remark... this place uses the Clover cash-register system, configured in a way which basically guilts you (the consumer) in leaving a tip of at least 15% for what is basically a fast-food counter setup (you order at the register, get a pager, and come pick up your order when ready). Since when did it become custom to leave a 15%+ tip when ordering in a non-table service food place ? [Clover is very similar to the Square PoS Point of Sales system, but owned by another company - First Data]. And yes it worked, I did leave that sizeable tip, and as with other places I'll avoid going back until they change their register setup.

I'm disappointed in this locations crepes. Me and my friend got them and they were virtually empty. We both got the strawberry banana as usual and there was hardly any creme filling or fruit at all. It was just one big gross empty dry crepe that we paid $9 each for. I know places are trying to find ways to cut down on costs, but getting a dry empty crepe shouldn't even be the solution. Her and I both said, "does yours seem empty? Mine is empty".. It seemed like one strawberry cut up into the thinnest slices ever for the entire crepe and I found maybe 3 or 4 banana pieces at the most. I won't be coming back to a T-Swirl Crepe again for a long time. I use to look forward to the crepes from here. Very sad that this is the future of our restaurants. Not just here, but I'm seeing it everywhere.
