One star lady working in the back making burgers wants to raise her voice and argue with her coworkers and towards I believe the manager that she already made it the right way !!!! And continues to argue about it in front of me and another customer plus my young kids in the restaurant. It was a bacon cheeseburger plain with extra pickles only .. what I got was a bacon cheeseburger with ketchup and only 2 pickles!!! The other workers saw what she made me and told her she made it wrong it had ketchup and only 2 pickles. And yes I spoke up cause she was flat out calling me a paying customer a liar and yelling at the coworkers arguing. Poor customer service on her end!!! Kudos to the manager and the other employees they apologized to me to try and make things better. And if I really wanted to complain my whoopee wasn't made the way I asked for it but I took it anyway. The bacon burger was for my 11 year old and she asked me what was going on and what happened Why was that lady in back yelling like that!!!???    Read moreNormally a great place, but disappointed tonight (Monday 12/18/2017 at 7:00pm). It was a simple order: Two Whoppers with no ketchup. The manager on duty handed me the bag (at the drive-thru window) stating: “Two Whoppers with no ketchup. Here you go.” We drove to the mall parking lot where I ate my two Whoppers. Both had ketchup (which affects my blood sugar). It looked like these were pre-made Whoppers with an attempt to scrape off the ketchup. There was no time to go back, so I just ate them and popped an extra pill. I don’t appreciate the shortcuts. To earn my future business, please respond with your corrective action as to how you are going to prevent this from happening again for me (and for anyone else). BK tells us we can have it our way, but that didn’t happen tonight. C’mon. You’re better than this... Update (4/21/18): Still waiting for a response regarding your corrective action.    Read more(Things to note: I’ve worked multiple fast food but not Bk and so I know how it gets when closing or wanting to close but come on people do you’re JOB!. I got there around 10:45pm and they close at 12:00 am.) Most of the time I go here the burger is good but the fries or other sides are always old or cold, but also when they close early it’s fine, but if people are in the drive through and the screens and everything you should put a sign out or even just say hey we’re closed sorry, but no one did that here, I would have simple ask why the customer is in the line, simple, but I waited 5 mins at the speaker with no response and then I drive up to the window, and there was an employee there, so I figured I would get to the bottom of thing, but no they saw me and literally ran away.
