My wife and I often frequent Crumbl Cookie here in Muskegon, and they are always friendly, professional, and deliver a consistently excellent product. We rarely leave reviews for positive experiences, as we don’t really think about it—always, except when we are blown away by the service. This location absolutely deserves recognition for going above and beyond.

Yesterday, we ordered a six-pack for the price of four for their birthday special. My wife gave me her order, and when I picked it up, I didn’t notice that the box was slightly off. Instead of the two Oreo birthday cookies we ordered, we ended up with only one, and two chocolate chip cookies instead of one. The rest of the cookies were correct.

When my wife called to let them know, the order had been entered correctly in the system but packaged incorrectly. Nadia, the employee we spoke with, immediately offered to remake the entire six-pack free of charge. We told her we just wanted to make sure we got the one Oreo cookie corrected—that was all we needed. Even after explaining that, she insisted on doing the entire order free of charge and said the mistake was on us.

This level of ownership, professionalism, and dedication to customer satisfaction is truly world-class. We didn’t need all six cookies to be replaced—they’re huge, almost like mini cakes—but Nadia’s response showed her genuine care and integrity. I even took a picture of our order before touching it to show proof, and she believed us immediately.

We have never had a bad experience here, and even this minor mistake turned into an example of outstanding service. Thank you, Nadia, for being exceptional, and thank you to the Crumbl Cookie team for providing such a remarkable experience for the Muskegon community.

The products always been consistently exceptional. I have had a few negative experiences walking into the store and the employees whom are all presumably pretty young and by young I mean high school maybe just out of high school and they all look as if they hate their lives and don't have the famous idea of what customer service entails. But on the contrary I've walked in there other times and I've been greeted with a heartworming hello welcome to crumble will be with you in just a moment and was given the utmost care and courtesy while I was there for my visit. So that is the reason why I'm giving it four out of 5 stars because if it wasn't for me knowing that there is people that work there that didn't treat the customers like a nuisance or Make them feel unwelcomed upon entering I probably wouldn't have gone back but I knew that that wasn't going to be the case every time I went there and I do enjoy the times I go there and I met with pleasantry and I get that it can't always be that perfect Hi how are you welcome to crumble perfect smile bull crap I don't expect them to tickle my fancy but at least try a little and give me a welcoming hello when I'm coming and spending 20 to $50 on cookies at the establishment which in turns pays your paycheck if you don't like your job quit it and find a different job I personally am awesome at customer care service positions don't like them though therefore I do not work in food service industries or retail industries because those are the two hardest in my opinion as far as dealing with the customer basis because you are met with such scrutiny most of the time. This was my very first visit to Crumbl Cookies, and overall it was an experience. I had heard so much about their cookies and finally decided to try them for myself. The first thing I noticed was how beautiful everything looked; the cookies are presented in a sleek pink box that feels like a gift, and each cookie itself looked picture-perfect, almost too pretty to eat.

When I finally did take a bite, the flavors did not disappoint. The cookies tasted fresh, rich, and indulgent. Each one had its own unique character, from gooey centers to crisp edges, and the combinations were fun and creative.

That being said, I did run into a little hiccup with my order. Somehow, I didn’t end up with exactly what I had asked for. To be fair, this was my first time at Crumbl, and I wasn’t completely sure how the ordering process worked. I was a bit nervous and fumbled my way through, so part of it might have been on me. I did let the employee know it was my first time and her response was, "okay". Because of my own anxiety, I didn’t feel comfortable speaking up about the mix-up, so I just went with what I was given.
