Taco Bell — Restaurant in Fruitport Charter Township

Moved over to fruitport about a year ago, and the food has gone downhill a bit. The service is always phenomenal, but the last couple months it's about a 50/50 chance my food is gonna be cold. Today I ordered a quesadilla and it was cold, the cheese wasn't even melted. I also ordered two burritos with no tomatoes and both had tomatoes on them. The Pepsi was good though.

Edit: service is still good, but the food has fallen off a cliff the last month or so. Every time I go there you can tell the food isn't fresh, it's been sitting there for a while. Tonight ordered the Mexican pizza meal and while the pizza was good, the tacos were ice cold, not even warm. Pepsi was still good though. The 1 star is purely for the employees, food is 0 stars

Decided to give them another shot, and was surprised to find that that have actually gotten worse. Idk why I expected anything different, but they are making the Mexican pizzas exactly like all their other items now. Big serving of beans, with the beef next to that, and roughly a third of the pizza completely empty. Do yourself a favor and...

whilst I appreciate that you are a fast food restaurant "Fast" also means you need to be accurate!

Myself and my wife both ordered from your location X2 Steak Quesarito meals with soft shell tacos and Baja Blast drinks X1 crunch wrap supreme X1 chicken quesadilla this afternoon a whilst the service was "fast" We were completely missing the quesadilla the soft shell tacos and quesarito we're dripping with grease through the wrapping and onto our couch as well as the crunch wrap only containing lettuce tomato and sauce and nothing else.

Whilst I appreciate that the food you offer is reasonably priced that doesn't detract from the fact that orders need to be met to their specification as opposed to the rushed and laughable quality of the food we come to expect having ordered there on number of occasions previously.

I would like to hope this is addressed and taken into consideration unless a slogan such as "Taco Bell, flip a coin and see if your order is right" Sounds like an appropriate business...

Update: This location no longer has KFC. Which makes me sad but I can't lower their rating for it because they're usually pretty good about being fast.

I live nearby so when I want KFC/Taco Bell this is where I get it which is usually a couple times a month. Usually it is pretty good and I don't wait all that long in to get my food. However, this week the ball was dropped a little bit. I called and spoke with the Manager on duty (Ken) about my complaints. I explained to him what happened and he completely stepped up to the plate and took responsibility and made the situation right.

If you ever have a bad experience call and talk to Ken. He was very nice and professional and understanding of my concerns. I will continue to go to this location not only because it is convenient but also because everyone is human and when errors are made the management here knows how to step forward and...
