It's BobaTime - Fullerton — Restaurant in Fullerton

I came here in the evening on July 23rd and the worker on register with the pale orange/yellow beanie was very rude to my friend who was still looking at the menu. After being all haughty and hounding her about ordering, he tried to call over the customers behind her and they were still looking at the menu so he rolls his eyes and doesn’t come back to the register at all. Just so much attitude and so unfriendly from the start and for no reason.

Then he made my drink and instead of pushing it to the edge of the hand off station like I saw the other employee was doing so that customers could actually reach it, he places the drink and my straw right next to the machine and walks away, leaving me to reach for it.

I ordered on the kiosk so I didn’t even have a personal interaction with him but I’m sure he saw me with my friend. But I still don’t even know why he was so mad from the get go. Just so unnecessarily rude and as someone who works in food service, it literally costs nothing to be kind and to be, not only a decent employee, but a decent...

Last week I came to get some boba with my partner. He had asked one of the women if she could get water since he wasn't allowed to bring his water cup back behind the counter and she said he could only have one cup of water and so he agreed and as we waited she, not even a second later was mocking him about asking to fill up his water jug??? They are just laughing basically in our faces about some water. Ridiculous. He had got a pistachio matcha and when he had told me it didn't taste like either pistachio or matcha I went back to tell them the issue and was met with a very RUDE employee saying "what do you mean" as if I didn't just say that it didn't taste like anything. So she told me if she remakes it and it still tastes like that then it's "just the drink" and so the new drink tasted fine according to my partner but I just found the service here to be very rude...

It was my first time to come to this location & I was very disappointed. When we got at the counter, I only saw 2 staff working, & yes, they were busy... BUT none of them greeted us, nor told us that "they will be with us in a moment!" Instead I had to asked one of them if it was a self-service counter, because there was a self check-in computer on the counter. Since we were not really that tech-savy, that's why we asked. One of the staff answered that they were busy (we already knew they were busy because I could see them with my own 2 eyes)! Again, the least they could have done was to tell us that "they will be with us in a moment!" This is called CUSTOMER SERVICE! I guess these staff were not trained in Customer Service. I love the Boba of this place but not the staff of this location. Will never come back to...
