I stopped here on my lunch break to try this bbq place for the first time. They opened at 12PM and It was 12:15PM when I went up to the window and was greeted by Jim. I ordered a chopped brisket sandwich. And also asked for a side of mac and cheese. He tells me the mac and cheese isn’t ready. So I order the potato salad instead. I asked about the sausage. Idk what it is about eating some loaded brisket nachos outside after I got done fishing that just feels right. Honestly I'm from San Antonio and when I saw this food truck I had a gut feeling it'd be awesome and sure enough it was the best BBQ I've had in a very long time.
