Bealls — Local services in Rockport

I Love this store but the older lady with the short haircut Is SO RUDE everytime we come in. She never says hi and when we walk up, she is so irritated to ring us up. I’ve easily spent at least 1000$ Since they have opened. The time before she actually rang me up twice for the same thing and I had to go right back and SHE was irritated . At the time I thought nothing of it but now I think it’s on purpose. I actually wanted to finish back to school shopping there but she makes us so uncomfortable, I think going to target would be better . We always smile and greet her as IF she was the customer but she literally scowls at us. Everyone else on the other hand ( before she was hired ) has been kind. We are nice people and there is no reason to treat us that way.

Bealls is such a wonderful place to shop at - I'd rank the quality of the merchandise as higher than high; no matter which department you shop in, the sales clerks are courteous/welcoming - if you have any questions, need a different size or color, they are eager to help, yet on the other hand, aren't intrusive. The interior of the store is spotless and tidy. The best thing about Bealls in Rockport is - you don't have drive down to Corpus and deal with all the crazy traffic on SPID!!!!
