I may have not hit this place at the right time? Let's start with the catfish not much flavor and cut thin more of a frozen product I'm guessing. The fried shrimp was tasteless and small portion. The BEST crawfish on the Gulf. She'll even deliver your food to you inside or on the deck at Lulu's Landing (They share a parking lot). The boudin wraps are tops. The pastalaya is comfort food perfection. She does a cold pasta salad some days with shrimp in it and you can add grilled chicken and it's so good when you're hungry but don't feel like eating anything hot. We stopped to check out the food truck while in town this weekend and the food was fantastic. We ordered the gumbo, crab balls and hush puppies. They were friendly, bright the food over to the car when it was ready and were pretty quick to get us our food. The chicken and sausage in the gumbo was perfect and the crab balls were addicting.
