While the coffee we got is good, the employees at the coffee shop, specifically, the cashier, EMILY, is the reason for the one star. My daughter and I were Happy, smiling and in a good mood and began placing our order. It would be considered a larger order I suppose. 5 coffees. 3 frozen, one black and two latte's. We were patient, did not mind repeating the order multiple times. however she rolled her eyes numerous times, huffed and puffed and slammed things down. Pathetic attempts at making coffee despite having tipped them three dollars. The piss poor look on the face of the worker who messed up the first coffee was just as pathetic as her attempt at making the coffee I ordered. She obviously told the other worker “I barely put any mocha in that” when in fact it about put me into a diabetic coma, because the second coffee had basically 0 mocha in it at all lol. Around at 12pm I went to get a strawberry cream frappe from here. First time trying it. The girl behind the counter was so sweet and informative. She made my frappe perfect. I had to leave a review because usually when I get coffee from other places they don’t make it look pretty and they are usually stingy with whipped cream but she made mine so pretty with plenty of whipped cream and it tasted f@@kin amazing.
