I haven't had a Starbucks in a while and I opted to give it a try over my usual Dunkin run due to this being more convenient commute wise this morning. I am always friendly when it comes to those working customer service so to have experienced what I did today out of one of the girls here left me quite irritated. I have a certain way I want my drinks prepared and should not be given back lash over that, especially considering how much a drink costs at Starbucks. I did not catch the cashier's name, but she was wearing glasses and far from friendly. I had to repeat myself a number of times at her request, and she was far from personable. When giving specifics on how I wanted my cold brew, she was slightly argumentative with me. For a medium pumpkin cold brew it cost me almost $7. Ridiculous. Even though there aren't a lot to chose from this one is my stop-by in the mall if I ever need to catch a break during exploration of the mall. I ordered a Caramel Frappe Ribbon; and I also have ordered myself a bagel with cream cheese. The bagel was very fresh and tasty and so was the coffee, it was very refreshing and I would love to go back there. The best part about this is that the location has nice employees there. Most of the time I stop by to see a employee in specific, who remembers my name every time I go to the mall, and she is very kind. They were just laughing and conversing paying no attention to the register or new customers. They never acknowledged me so I walked away. One person was working extremely hard by herself.
