wouldn't know how to score the food as we were never served. My daughter was here from Arizona so on 09/29/2025 we chose this place as something new to try ... We (three of us) arrived at 4:30pm and there was only 1 other couple in the building. Hostess told us to sit anywhere and she would be right there .... WE sat for 15 minutes and were NEVER approached by either of the two people working their. Black male and white female. My oldest daughter walked up to the bar and got water hoping that would prompt someone to remember us. NO such luck. SO, we at that point realized that our business was not needed and walked out the front door ... That was not even acknowledged either as they two employees were talking with someone about different wines ... IS this really how you treat your customers. WE walked two streets over and ate at Krootz brewery ... WHERE our waitress cherokee made sure we were treated like actual people ... DO BETTER as we will...

Service is absolutely horrible here. I have given them multiple chances. I’m sure this isn’t all Landon locations but the Gainesville one can’t seem to find good help. Cool building though… maybe if they don’t make it someone else can do something neat...

The wine, atmosphere, & staff were perfect! Coming from MO/Southern IL wine trails I am so happy to have found this beautiful winery! Heather was incredibly knowledgeable & kind, an employee business owners dream...
