I have always been greeted with the utmost service at any Opus location! I'd have to say the Airstream is my favorite because it's just such a unique way to serve coffee. The location being at the 4th Ave Food Park is so convenient! Parking has always been easy or I can walk from campus! I enjoy all the coffee that is brewed. Dark Star is a personal favorite and will grab a bag of beans if it is there. Occasionally, I get to visit with Pepperoni or Crouton, the 4th Ave Park kitties. I also enjoy all the baked goods offered by Baker Baker which is about 50 feet from the Airstream if more baked goods are desired. I have always felt my service is quick and efficient and love the points you can earn at each purchase. I will absolutely continue to come back again and again. I always appreciate their ongoing support for others in the community such as Nurses for this month of May and many organizations represented on their everchanging coffee sleeves throughout the year. I recommend Opus and have made sure to follow them on Instagram! There is always something new to share with their customers. -Jen N -not...
Read moreI'm new to the intricate world of coffee. But even as someone who just began to dial in espresso to be optimally extracted, I can tell the quality of these beans and the difference it makes in flavor.
I just pulled the greatest shot of espresso I have ever had. Granted, I am new to this but WOAH
I went to the location and it is more of a roasting office, and you typically place your order online and pick it up there (or have it shipped), but off to the side they have a coffee truck stop thing and you can buy a cup of coffee there or select from a small selection of beans. The cupping notes described on the bag are on point. Plus the prices are really good especially for the freshness and the high quality product. I don't think you can find better beans and roasters- especially if you're IN Gainesville. and if you do the price point will be higher, the beans wont be as freshly roasted, and the cupping notes may not be what is described.
Very glad I found this place, ashamed how long it took me.

Read moreI ordered a ham and cheese croissant and the server forgot to warm it up. When I asked for the baked good to be warmed. I was told by the staff it couldn’t be due to fact that I handled the bag. Although, it was never opened and I never left the counter area. I was within all 3 employees sight. Why isn’t it a standard practice to warm up baked goods or inquire with customer if they would like to do so. Sadly, the manager appointed has no problem solving skills and proceeded to only offer an apology for his staff’s error. He could’ve simply rectified the situation by throwing the cold pastry away and offering to warm another pastry to exhibit good customer service. Do yourself a favor and go to Dunkin Donuts. Simply do...
