Don’t let the gas station attached to Vicky’s Tacos scare you from eating here. It’s SO GOOD! Not sure if the lady cooking in the kitchen is Vicky but who ever it is she’s serving up delicious fresh hand made Mexican food. Vickys Tacos is short order so there might be a small line for ordering food. Don’t worry it moves fast. Plenty of indoor seating also. They also have a salsa bar. If you’re adventurous like me, try the extremely hot salsa. It’s 🔥 and delicious 😉 Added bonus; Vickys is family owned and operated.

Order at the counter! Absolutely delicious and fresh Mexican food for very fair prices... Huge portions! The owner was so polite, the food was out very quickly, it was steaming hot and the best part was the little salsa bar with lime wedges and cilantro and onions etc! I got the steak bowl and it was so unbelievably good. This was cheaper than Moe's and about fifteen times more delicious with way better service! Steak bowl + a drink was $12 and some change. Highly recommend this place!

We stopped here to grab eats before fighting traffic back to the other side of the city and I am SO HAPPY that we did. We were welcomed by an older gentleman that thoroughly explained the menu and most popular items. He was patient with us because it was our first time here and I really appreciate that. The food… oh the food!! The food was REALLY good. I had the nacho supreme with chicken and chorizo and a quesadilla. It was amazing. If ever I find myself this far from home, I’ll definitely be stopping here to try something else that I’m sure will be...

This place was AMAZING! My family and I visited after celebrating my baby sister’s huge accomplishment. She had her WHITE COAT ceremony in Gainesville, and we wanted to find a place that had good food, great environment, and an overall high restaurant score…VICKYS EXCEEDED ALL of our expectations! This place was clean, the food was authentic, the staff was welcoming, and the vibe was EVERYTHING. Please go check this place out.
