My husband and I usually always eat here, and drive the extra couple mins instead of the one that’s down the street from us. We considered it to be the best one near us. However that quickly changed when the other week we both got bowls for dinner and took it home. I was starving so quickly started to eat dinner, but then as i was eating my bowl and enjoying it, I looked down and found a FAT hair mixed all up in the bowl. Wasn’t mine and was at the very bottom. I was instantly turned off from it and lost my appetite. My husband had barely started to eat his, but didn’t want to eat it after the hair in mine. We drove to take it back and the manager gave us a hard time about getting a refund on our meals bc mine was already eaten (I still had half left, as I said I was planning on eating.. didn’t plan on finding a hair). They also didn’t want to return my husbands even though he clearly didn’t want to eat it if I just found a hair in mine and we got pretty much the same bowl aside from 1-2 other ingredients he added.
After much back and forth the manager consulted his other manager and they returned both. But it really shouldn’t have been that difficult. We are regulars there, and it was 9pm at this point, and after a long day at work I wouldn’t go out of my way to return it AND end up losing my whole appetite for the night. So thanks chipotle!!!! Won’t be coming back...
Read moreI did a Mobile order and I ordered it 22 minutes before I was set to arrive and when the app said it would be ready. So it was supposed to be ready by 8:20 PM today October the 30th 2021. I arrive about 5 minutes early and of course I wait. At 8:40 PM I went up to the register and asked where my food was. They hadn't even began to make it. So I was told oh yeah Mishell we OK found the ticket this is yours it's being made now; so I wait patiently again. They were decently busy on the inside, however me having to wait 50 minutes for a bowl is completely ridiculous. They even have me food which turned out to not even be mine. I ended up just requesting a refund back from the app and leaving because even once it had gotten the wrong food they still didn't start making my correct order and that's just completely ridiculous. When I was complaining to one of the Hispanic gentlemen who were there he kept on saying oh we're really busy right now but me having to wait 50 minutes for a mobile order is unacceptable they're supposed to do them interchangeably and the fact that I was still waiting and I was being very patient and hes telling me oh we're just busy right now that's unacceptable so I requested a refund through the app and I left without my food after waiting an hour. It's freaking ridiculous and I will never go back to this...
Read moreSo my last trip to this location was all but favorable. I had ordered online through the app on my phone. Upon arrival they are mid way through cleaning the restaurant ( don't close for over an hr) and my pick up order wasn't sitting out. I waited and began to look at the orders sitting behind the counter. A young woman asked what was the name and I tell her. She hands me my order and says thank you. As soon as I'm handed the bag I can tell it's off. I ordered more than it feels like. I open the bag and see I'm missing a large bag of chips and a large cheese. I look at my receipt to make sure I ordered correctly, I did. When I asked about the missing items I INSTANTLY got an attitude. She literally snatched my receipt from my hand to look for herself. She rolled her eyes and got the missing cheese dip, when she went to get the missing bag of chips, she tried to get me an open bag in the back of the rows of chips.. haha.. She got real angry when I asked for a folded bag Ike the 15 other bags lined up. They treated me like I did something wrong, I told them wait for the review I'm going to leave! They are VERY RUDE here, lost our business...
