Dunkin' — Restaurant in Gaithersburg

Stay away from this DD. Prices are significantly more than other area DDs. I infrequently go here to get a sandwich or some donuts. Recently I went get get a breakfast drink. Price listed on their menu board was different than the receipt. I have stopped at other area DDs within a 5-10 mile radius and noticed that the same drink was significantly less, plus prices are consistent with the menu. The staff here are not as friendly and clueless. So after realizing the difference in price I stopped in one morning and asked the price of the same breakfast drink and was quoted the menu price on their board. When they rang up drink they noticed that price was different and the expression on their faces were priceless. Owner is ripping people off, overcharging and prices inconsistent with ones listed on menu board. Shame on you the owner of this DD. Store is not as well kept, staff not as friendly and then ripping off the community. They have a place for people like you. Check your receipts, there are other options nearby where they are not ripping you off at area DDs.

11 months later and they are still rude and clueless regarding their prices. Check your receipts CAREFULLY. They are charging different prices than what is listed on their menu board. Most expensive DD in 5-10 mile radius. STAY AWAY from this place!! A small Vanilla Chai here and at Quince Orchard DD cost as much as a large everywhere else. That's $2.79 for a SMALL Vanilla Chair and ALL other DD charge $2.69 for a LARGE Vanilla Chai. Less of your favorite drink for more!! Wake...

I have gone to this Dunkin Donuts with my boyfriend and found that the customer service here is poor. My boyfriend went to order two drinks...1 large hazelnut iced coffee and 1 medium vanilla iced coffee. Dunkin Donuts has apparently stopped using hazelnut so he changed that order to a large caramel iced coffee. The hispanic woman at the counter was having trouble getting the order correct. She made one of the drinks and it was a combination of both of his order requests. Now I'm a Latina myself and I understand the difficulties of language barriers, but the hispanic woman had my boyfriend repeating his order 3 and 4 times and could still not understand so she had to grab another employee to assist. If she is unable to understand orders, working the front counter should not be an option. It's frustrating to have to try to explain an order over and over and for it to still come out wrong.

After finally explaining the simple order again to the other employee, the employee proceeded to ask if he had a receipt of the order and asked if he knew if he paid for both drinks or only one drink...my boyfriend had not been given a receipt and had no idea what the other lady had charged him for. Ultimately, we got our two drinks but they were just okay. One was way too sweet and the other was too bitter. We will not be going back to...

Saw one of the workers take a few steps outside and briefly look at one side of the parking lot before walking back inside with our curbside mobile orders. The designated curbside pickup area isn't immediately in front of the store. Instead, the spots are the ones in the opposite parking lane that face the street. It's still somewhat in front of the store and clearly marked with signs, so we were surprised when this worker didn't look specifically in THAT direction before walking back inside. We were the only car in that area waiting for curbside pick up and both the other spaces around us and directly in front of the store were empty.

So my partner had to get down, go inside, and pick up our orders. One of the workers told him that they had looked around and didn't see the car. Ok, fine. He comes out with our drinks and I see mine wasn't entirely made properly. I ordered a signature iced caramel craze latte but they didn't add the sugar and cinnamon that is included. This time I'm the one going inside to get this corrected.
