Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Gallatin

Where to start... First of all, we stood at the counter for over 10 minutes and were not acknowledged by the staff. I called the store from inside the store and stayed on hold for 4-5 minutes. Finally one of the workers answered and I told him we had been standing in line for almost 15 minutes at this point and would like to order. While waiting for our order, the manager came over to our table and asked if she could speak with me. She walked us outside and asked if I had called the store multiple times and then was rude to the staff? I told her I called once and simply told them we had been waiting and not even been acknowledged. She said that I had hurt the workers feelings. She never acknowledged or apologized for our wait. In addition, one of the workers seemed to be very upset about being busy because he was throwing things in the prep area. We were told 15 minutes on our order, but it was 40 minutes. We were in the store for an hour. I understand being busy and getting behind, but basic customer service says to at least acknowledge your customer and own the issues, not make excuses for the staff. We witnessed other customers who ordered after us get their orders sooner and they were comped with soda and/or sauces to make up for it. Even a simple "sorry for your wait" would've been appreciated, but that wasn't even stated. At least the pizza was decent, but we do not...

Y’all, Their deep dish pizza is most known for its trademark crust. It is crispy and buttery. I find this crust to be the best part of this establishment’s deep dish. its zesty tangy sauce combines excellently with savory and spicy toppings like Italian sausage, banana peppers, and pepperonis. Their sauce is smoother and zestier than most, with stringy and delicious mozzarella cheese to compliment the tasty marinara. The softer, but still a bit crispy, crust makes for a wonderful texture that compliments the mounds of mouth watering toppings that sit on this beautiful pizza! First off let me say I will not go anywhere else not even to another jets . This place since being under new management has went above and beyond. The restaurant is always clean ( as well as the restrooms) the food is always cooked and made to perfection. The staff is very courteous, polite , fast and truly care about their customers . Shout out to Chris ( and all the other employees at jets pizza in Gallatin) you guys are the best and appreciate the time , effort, caring you give to us !!!! So if you haven’t stopped by for a pizza or two ( check out some of the great deals online as well as in store) Go check them out you won’t be disappointed!
