Simply put one of the worst run restaurants I’ve ever been to. I guess five strikes and you’re out My husband and I visited this restaurant five times we hope that the next visit would be better than the last , Maybe we are glutton for punishment On our first visit , our food was accidentally placed to-go containers and we waited an hour before the manager came over to tell us that, they were sorry and it would be another half hour before our food came out. Today we visited here for lunch and watched the tables that were sat after us get their food first I understand it Sunday and it’s busy Our waitress was wonderful but after 45 minutes of no food and excuses while we watch the table of four that was sat a half an hour after us get their food first Finally, the manager came over to speak with us because I asked how much longer it would be because we had a movie to catch . The young manager (girl blonde hair glasses.) When I explain to her that we were extremely frustrated that it had been 45 minutes since we ordered and no food for just two people She said well I’m sorry you feel that way, Then proceeded to walk away with an attitude I mean, seriously why was she upset? She’s at work getting paid. We just wasted an hour of our Sunday together our day off I will say our waitress was very sweet. We got there at 1:17 and walked out at 2:30 never never receiving our food So please do yourself a favor. If you value your time with your family, don’t waste it on going to a restaurant expecting good service You won’t find it here. This place needs a serious management overhaul. Side-note, we watched a gentleman wait for a certain waitress , and once seated 2 Young waitresses spent over a half an hour, just standing at his table, talking with him . Do you think the manager would notice and make sure that her employees were actually doing their job? My husband are good tippers , real easy to get along with. We spent years working with the public so we understand how hard it can be. I hope somebody steps in and fix’s his restaurant because it be nice to have a breakfast place where we can go and enjoy...
Read moreLet me start by saying I live 2 minutes from keke’s in Gallatin, I usually go there on sat and Sundays where the team over there does GREAT! But today I was off work ( Tuesday) and decided to order keke’s, after calling numerous times NO ONE would answer the phones (tried 5 times) so I had no choice but to Order online, the automatic text said my order was ready, I got to keke’s to find and hear the phone ringing and the employees ( two males) to be standing at the front counter taking about how they don’t make enough money and how they work the system to get extra over time, meanwhile my food still isn’t done. Finally a GM walked in and handled the situation, needless to say there is HORRIBLE HORRIBLE staff during the weekdays, on top of this all the portion of food DEFINITELY wasn’t what it was on the weekends! very very disappointing especially to hear the phones rings seeing another guy waiting for his phone and EMPLOYEES SAYING THEY DONT GET PAID ENOUGH! I hope this message reaches someone over at keke’s who cares, although the food is expensive it’s usually worth it by great customer service. I WILL NEVER GO BACK DURING THE WEEK because of this, and I HIGHLY ADVISE TO STAY AWAY FROM KEKE’s during the week. And advise the GM to have a conversation with the guy you have working the door/greeter about proper customer service and maybe have a talk about not milking over time and about how much he gets paid ( $16 and got a raise to $17) uncalled from When he should be answering phones and getting customers orders. Ungrateful employees resulted in a horrible overall experience with poor food quality (rushed) and extended wait, not to mention the inflated prices ordering online not how I usually do via phone. Read moreI wanted to love this place, but it was a "no" after two visits. The 1st visit was okay; 30 min wait to get a table, even though there were 8 empty tables that remained empty the entire time we were there. Figured they were short staffed. Food: Eggs taste like they're cooked in oil and gave me the worst stomachache. Ask for bacon to be crispy, and it was limp and had fatty bubbles in it. $5.59 for a side of greasy potatoes that is literally 1/4 of a medium potato is SUPER OVERPRICED. Pancake was delicious! 2nd visit same exact experience. Eggs were gross and tates like old oil and hurt my stomach again, sent limp fatty bacon back twice and still came out not crispy with fatty bubbles. Even less potatoes than the 1st time for $5.49. Pancake was delicious. My GF Got a buffalo chicken wrap this time instead of breakfast and the vinegar was so overpowering in the hot sauce and there was so much in the wrap that she couldn't finish it because was hurting her stomach. Wasted $40 twice and only the pancakes were good. In addition, the wait was over an hour, and when we finally ordered, it took another forty minutes to get our food. Our server was super friendly an attentive on the 2nd visit. There were several tables around us that were not bussed he entire time we were there food on the floor was smashed. It was disgusting to see that while we were trying to eat.
Cons: Long wait time; both being seated and served, food not very good other than pancakes, service not great (other than one server), not clean, extremely over priced, understaffed, and hosts not friendly.
Pros: pancakes (but really hard to mess up a pancake)
