For the second time on a Saturday I ordered the 2 for $6 special. The big Mac was just above room temp. For the second time and the meat was overcooked. I received a quarter pounder smash burger. It was smashed, overcooked where there was no moisture left and the meat extended the bun by a half inch on all sides. When I was in college in the early 70's I cooked in a dorm with an ex-Mcdonalds employee who talked about putting 20 down and flip over. It seems like they are putting x number of quarter pounders down and smashing them to cook faster. A quarter pounder meat should fit the bun with the meat not going 1/2 inch outside the bun and have some moisture. Note: the fries were great and hot. There is a restaurant named smash burgers, they are good because they know how to not overcook them. They are not available locally. Who ever is cooking the burgers on Saturday do not cook it right. I plan on buying two more $6 quarter pounders on Saturday. If they are bad I will deal with the manager. I have contacted McDonalds and I have not heard...

A manager got on with an attitude and said that it was rung up I politely offer to show my mobile order receipt and all the sudden they said oh yeah its a large pumpkin latte 3shots espresso 2shots pumpkin and milk. Read morethis store is by far the worst one ive ever been to. they have no issue losing a guest with their horrible service. the employees standing on the line in the expeditor area eating ice, drinking drinks, and wont help a guest. you really need new management. I placed a mobile order because I work the next door over, and the app changed my order from mobile walk in to drive thru and refused to allow me to pick up inside because they would have to communicate to their window people that there wasnt a car there. so I just canceled my whole order and they were ok with that. how do you continue to build a business refusing to help a guest when the app glitches? which happens often. I order there daily, sometimes twice a day and now I will drive 15 minutes to the other store to keep from ever giving that store another penny of my money. now I have to wait 1 to 10 days to even get my money back. and I work 100 hours a week for my money. this store...
