Simply poor service. Went with my girlfriend for a quicker lunch as I have to be in bed earlier for work. We get to the counter and stand there as three of their workers just stand there yelling, laughing, and talking amongst each other. I found it funny as I ask my girl "should I say something" she says "oh don't worry I'm about to" as she tightens her grip around my hand. (She's not a happy camper while hungry). So we both order what we want and both drink types we want are out in their dispenser which is no big deal as we just had them get them at the drive-thru dispenser. As we get our drinks our food is IMMEDIATELY ready which is never a good sign as it's only been a solid minute. I take the food to the booth where my girlfriend and I are sitting and sort everything out. Looking at my burger I immediately was unsatisfied with the patty as my meat was old (NOT EXPIRED OLD). AGAIN not expired old but you get my point. Now I am a larger man so food of course makes me a happy boy and I had also been in a great mood that entire day and when I tell you that I bit into what is supposed to be good mood food, it actually lessened my good mood. Now everything was not negative though. After the guy who had taken our order had finished his conversation, he was very friendly while taking our order. I want to also add that unlike most places you go to eat, every table I saw was clean meaning that they were not lazy and as someone left they were quick to wipe down the table preparing it for the next customer which as someone who used to work in fast food and also lives food, small things like that go a long way with me. So I'm my opinion, I give it 2 stars. Mostly friendly staff and a clean restaurant. Sadly a disappointing meal and a lacking of the "customer first" mentality (at least from what it seemed). Hope this review helps at all and hope that the lower side of things just happened to be my visit other than an every day...
Read moreI arrived at 3pm on a Saturday, the dining room was nearly empty. I walked up behind a man who was ordering. After he finished ordering, he walked over to the beverage center. I stepped up to place my order of two frosties, but the cashier realized the man hadn't yet paid and I guess she couldn't yet take my order, so I took a few steps back and we waited several minutes. As luck would have it, the man was filling multiple cups & took a very long time, so I just patiently stood there, and so did the cashier. Finally she called out to him & asked if he wanted anything else, then told him his total, and he paid. I stepped back up to the counter to order, but the cashier walked away and began filling bags. I'm right there in front of her, she knew I had a quick, small order, yet she chose to tend to other things and didn't even acknowledge...
Read moreHave been very unhappy with the quality of the food lately and the attitudes of the employees! Most of them look and act like customers are an inconvenience to them and they would rather be somewhere else! The managers I've encountered seem genuinely helpful, but they can't run the store well with the employees they have!
7/31/18 I informed the Gallatin Wendy's of my dissatisfaction and was given a free meal to give them the opportunity to improve my experience! It is so nice to see that the management took my comments seriously, today the food looked appetizing, not just thrown together, fries were perfectly cooked and they had 2 cashiers to wait on the very long line of customers! I was pleasantly surprised and hope future visits will continue to show this...
