Big Lots — Local services in Gallatin

Associates are very kind and helpful. The only 2 thing I'd like to bring to a managers attention is there was an associate putting up stdock in the H&B Isle so I asked him where I could find men's shaving cream. Instead of helping me he said "Its going to be somewhere on this Isle or the next Isle.over" after going up and down looking I finally found it on the top shelf. The other was being only 5ft tall I'm challenged for things that are on top shelves. I was having trouble reaching a something on the top shelf over in Christmas clearance. A man who was putting up stuff from boxes said excuse me and walked right pass me. I was clearly on my tip toes reaching with my arms and using my finger nails to latch on the box just enough to move it to the edge so it would fall down for me to catch. Clearly saw that I could have really used his long arm and didn't even bother to help me. The associate that checked me out and I saw with other customers was very nice...

I am a big lots fan! I've been going to big lots stores since I was 5 years old and I'm 40. Super sad they don't have as many locations or the rewards program, but happy to know there is at least 1 in a somewhat reasonable (24 min) driving distance from my home.

I've been to this location 3x. Now the first time was back in July in the evening - I wasn't impressed with the store it lacked many of the things I would normally get at big lots and it just didn't have much more to offer other than clothes. Cashier was awesome though.

Second visit was on the weekend. More options same great customer service.

Third visit I was impressed. So many more options. Store is much more organized. Glad to see less furniture and more of the everyday stuff and big brands that made big lots a staple and still the same great customer service.

The lady in the furniture department helped us I purchased a $1,300 sofa from the floor and received 50% off for the floor model because it was the last one and 10% off because it had a little damage Plus I got my 15% off for my first new store purchase after signing up for the Big lots reward card I only paid I also bought a full a few other little store items like a bag of beef jerky razors some glue some cereal and my total was $606 You can't beat that price I added extra support to brace the couch and fix it and you can't even tell...
